- LDLarry DSep 27, 20265.0I always stay here during business trips to Roanoke. It's big, so there's always a room available when I am in town. Parking can sometimes be an issue on weekend nights, because of the onsite restaurant/pub, but I've only had to park across the street once on a Saturday night. Get in before dark to avoid that.

Very disappointing to myself and the kids at this hotel who are spending their last day of the summer here. There were people in the pool last night and he made the decision to close it last minute and then take the day off so that his front desk staff could hear all of the complaints instead. Poor management.

Had to go back to get a new room, 131 which was ao much cleaner and the beds were comfortable. Thank goodness we got switched. We left and came back at 10pm to sleep and right next to 127 is the conference room which had a huge party and the music was LOUD even at 10pm. I would have been pissed. Then for whatever reason the manager knocks on our door at 730am and before i can get out of bed to open the door hes coming inside asking if everything is okay like what?? It was the cheapest hotel to stay at because i had my dog but i plan to never come back.
