- BABeAJones Always1980Aug 12, 20261.0Room cost too much too be that dirty. Hair in the beds, the pillows, plumbing is HORRIBLE!! The sink doesnt go down fast, toilet clogged on us. Tub was nasty! Sraff is not helpful or friendly. Cleaning people don't do their jobs. I will be trying to contact corporate. Highly disappointed in this location!! Breakfast was subpar. No bacon, no pancakes, no grits!! No staff to help when stuff ran out. Do better!!

After I paid I was told outside pool was closed (could have told us before we paid as I would have stayed elsewhere). However, they said hotel next door would allow us to use their pool (much smaller and I door rather than outdoor) Went next door to swim, employee next door knew nothing about sharing their pool, and we couldn't get into pool because it was key activated, and of course our key didn't work because its a different hotel key. Very frustrating as I live 45 minutes away and reason we picked this hotel was because of pool. I could have just gone home Instead off spending the $!!!!
