- KKKurt K3 days ago3.0Room had a pee smell from last guest. Bathroom needed ventilation. The parking lot had trash and poop that was never addressed during our stay. The staff was nice. The location was good. Complimentary breakfast and microwaves.

We have to say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at due to it being very clean, great beds and pillows. Also, front desk staff Tavara was extremely polite, helpful and a joy. We had a couple issues with our key and she immediately resolved it.

She was doing it all—handling the reception desk, taking care of housekeeping, and managing operations—all while checking us and other arriving guests in seamlessly. Her professionalism and excellent service deserve a special thank you; everything was perfect because of her hard work. The room itself was clean and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. We also loved the location, which is just 10 minutes from Striker Park and close to plenty of restaurants and a mall. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious (with all of my kids' favorites!), and the next morning's staff was equally friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!"
- STSydney TravisSep 20, 20262.0Do not stay here. There were bugs in my first room and I had to be moved. Both rooms have dust and dirt in corners and along walls. The shower of my second room is dirty and also looks like it hasn’t been washed in months. The hallways are covered with dirt and dust and seem like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. My sheets were also wrinkled but seem like they were cleaned. Towels and sheets both had stands on them. I’m really grossed out.
