    Disappointed from the moment I walked in. Jay was sitting in the back and sauntered over like I was bothering her for checking me in and proceeded to be mute the entire time. I checked in at 4:30ish pm and my room wasn’t cleaned yet. Ok fine, no problem! Switched rooms to a creepy room that felt like I was in the backrooms. Wifi was absolutely terrible; when it did work. Towels with what looked like fecal matter on it. Hairs in the bed. No coffee maker. The only benefit was them having an airport shuttle. I ended up sucking it up for the 12 hours I was there as I didn’t want to deal with the attitude from the front desk, after already changing my room once. There are plenty of other hotels around.

    Note to the owners - its really time to renovate. The popcorn ceilings, the nasty carpets, and the bathrooms, are very very old. Not everything is working properly. The water pressure was terrible. There was a dead bug stuck crawling into a square spot which was on the ceiling in the shower for some reason. The TVs are so old you cant stream any services or cast your devices. My sister booked a suite and we definitely did not end up in a room like the pictures on your website. I mean the only thing the room had going for it was that the mattresses were decently comfortable. The pool room being the only way to get in and out through the back was also really weird. If you dropped a white wash cloth in the pool, and it sunk to the bottom, you wouldn't be able to see it thats how cloudy it is. As far as service- the breakfast options were good and served hot. But the lady who was running breakfast that morning also decided that morning was a great time to mop the front desk area, and got rude with guests who walked over where she mopped. The sounds from the planes near by was easily heard. It was a good location by the airport but there is 3 other hotels right there also. Id go with one of those instead. It was nice to be really close to a gas station and having a publix grocery store within 5 min.

    I'm surprised by the good reviews at this place. Our room was dingy and not clean. Mattresses protectors were stained as wells as the box springs. Floors were dirty and sticky. I wiped them with a wet towel and it was covered in brown from who knows what. I found toe nail clippings on the carpet. The breakfast selection was decent and the worker in the breakfast area was cordial. I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping and couldn't get through to anyone. I then told the front desk in person about the unclean room and the woman seemed unbothered and said she would send house keeping who never showed. The location is great but I was expecting more from this hotel.

    Id rate this much higher, but wakeup call request was not accommodated. Signed up for shuttle at 4am, it did not show up at 4am. I had to uber after 10 minutes of waiting as I did not want to miss my flight. Don’t list 4am as a shuttle time if it doesn’t start at 4am then…
