  Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, making it easy to get wherever I needed to go. Every interaction with the staff made me feel valued as a guest. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay!

  I had an excellent stay at Candlewood Suites Richmond West Broad by IHG. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. My suite was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen area was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. The location is also great, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I truly appreciated the level of hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay.   I needed a quick, affordable, and convenient stay in Richmond for two days for a family emergency. The facility was extraordinarily clean, and the staff was friendly. Overall my time here was drama, and hassle-free. Fortunately, all turned out well with family, but I know next time I'm in Richmond, VA, I will be staying at this location!

  This is my 3rd or 4th time coming here, and I must say there is consistency with everyone working there. The rooms are very spacious and even had the option of having a couch or a queen bed in place of the couch. They also have an outdoor sitting area and kitchenettes. No breakfast, but that is okay, I cooked in my room.
