We are an all-suite property, offering studios and one bedroom suites. Lovely staff, shout out to Mr. Abdul at the front desk. True hospitality and excellent attitude from him. Also, Mr. Brian, he is always lovely and accommodating as well. My husband and I are consistent guests and love the space.

There was only a wand with limited range of motion and when I finished my shower, almost the entire bathroom floor was covered with water. The location was fine for my visit. The area around the hotel is full of businesses and not walker friendly.

Our room smelt like Cigarette Smoke, like some smoked 3 packs of Cigarettes in that room. It was so bad that our clothes that we left in our room started to smell like Cigarettes. We immediately went to.the front desk and inquired about it. This hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free, it's not. The gentleman was nice enough too move us.. We were on the 3rd floor so we had to pack our things to the new room on the 1sr floor. As a IHG member I'm kinda disappointed how they allow tobacco smoke users in the hotel and down the hall.someone was smoking Marijuana. . As we were walking down to the our room. In the middle of the hall one of.the guest were just lightening it up. As we continued to walk towards the end of the hall where our room is, no smoke. I would suggest to management to charge those people double and keep a larger deposit to deter this type of behavior.
