    Front desk staff incredibly aggressive canceled week long stay because of inability to have a conversation like an adult diamond elite member stay with IHG often thoroughly disappointed in this stay

    Bugs, broken furniture, used towels, the stench....once i checked into my room; i immediately called the front desk......I can't believe this is under the IHG umbrella. IHG should really update this hotel because it needs help and has a lot of potential. Great location with plenty of parking; it really needs some TLC

    The good: Staff were friendly, room was pretty clean + smelled fresh, likes the full size fridge, loved the Dove bath products (I’m usually always allergic to hotel soaps), rooms didn’t have carpet—which was great (no mildewy Fabulosa smell like many hotels). The showers looked new and were well designed for use. The not so good: The floors of the room did have some spots/spills, but felt reasonable clean to walk on barefoot otherwise. Our AC unit was old as heck and it thought the temp of the room was 66 so it kept cutting off when it was more like 76 in there. I need cold to sleep so we had to move rooms to one with a functional AC unit. The new room had a wall control for the AC that the first didn’t, and this time the AC worked through the night, only cutting off when the temperature had actually lowered. Moving rooms at 3am after driving 7+ hours wasn’t ideal, but they handled it.

    The cleaning is not good at all. The whole place is stinky, bathroom courtains are nasty, and cookware was dirty.

    My husband and I have been here 3 days so far with ONLY 1 bath Towel. We have requested towels every evening and have been told they are having a towel shortage. There hasn’t been coffee creamer available for the past 3 mornings. And no cleaning service. We stayed here in February and everything was great! I don’t know if there has been an ownership change or management issue but I would not recommend this place.
