  We got to the hotel and no one was at the counter. We waited quite a while before we knocked on the side door of the office. She came out and said sorry. The other woman was down the hall and yelled I’ll be right there. We went to our rooms and the first thing I look at is the bed, there were stains all over the sheets and pillows cases. My husband immediately went down and asked for someone to come change the sheets and her responses was we don’t have anyone here to do that!!!! They gave us a different room and that was even worse. The rooms had pealed wallpaper. The bathroom were disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel.

  When we arrived there was no one to greet/check us in, for a while. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. When asked for new pillow cases and towels they too had stains on them. Not a place I would ever stay again.

  DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed at this hotel for three months as a travel nurse, so I was a long-term guest and had already spent a significant amount of money here. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, I was bitten by what appeared to be a bed bug around 3:00 AM. I immediately contacted the overnight receptionist, who was very kind and professional and moved me to another room. The following morning, I decided to cancel the remainder of my stay. I also emailed the hotel pictures documenting what happened. The manager assured me that my hotel points would be returned. Fast-forward two weeks, and I still hadn’t received the points. I called the hotel to follow up, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. She repeatedly told me that my points had already been returned, but when I explained that I originally had 42,000 points and now only have 17,000, she couldn’t adequately explain the discrepancy. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told that there were no bed bugs and that it may have been “a different type of bug.” If a guest provides photographic evidence of a bite after waking up in a hotel room at 3 AM, the appropriate response should be to investigate the room—not dismiss the concern. The overnight receptionist was professional and helpful, but the way this situation was handled afterward was extremely disappointing. As someone who was staying here for work and trusted this hotel for three months, I expected much better. I would strongly encourage management to address the room cleanliness/inspection process, the handling of guest complaints, and the issue with my missing points. This experience has completely changed my willingness to stay here again.

  Very disappointing stay. The room had a terrible smell, the customer service was poor, and one night our key card stopped working. When we returned to the hotel, there was no staff at the front desk and we had to wait just to get back into our room. The hotel was overpriced for the level of service, and the breakfast, which was included and supposedly part of the value, was very disappointing. Definitely not worth the price we paid.
