  Nice hotel ,room was nice except for the bathroom, toilet had rust inside should invest in better cleaning solution, and the tub had a hair stopping up drainage it wasnt clean.

  I had a very TLDR post ready, but to keep it short...DO NOT STAY HERE! DIRTY, rude, no customer service, smells like marijuana, elevators stopped working, make you wait hours for your room, the list could go on and on!

  Just wanted to give a shout to the best Front Desk agent , Austin, at this location. This young man’s attitude was so inspiring and made my mom and I feel so welcomed at this property. This was also one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at, I wish I had the names every person who we came in contact with at this location. If we ever need a place to stay in the Petersburg area, this will definitely be our choice. Thank you for the great hospitality.

  This was an awful experience starting with check in. They have you pay $5 for an atrocious parking situation and our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 11pm! They were "a little short handed that day" and were still cleaning rooms. Ok. There's shorthanded and maybe don't book what you can't support. In all fairness, my parking fee was waived, I think because my room wasn't ready, but still. After waiting 20-25 minutes for the room to be finished, we got upstairs to find that the pull out sofa was broken and the mattress was shredded. It was completely unusable. Seriously, i dont know who did what to that pull out. It looked like two Kodiaks had fought over it and shoved the mangled mess back under the cushions. There were no other suitable rooms available so my youngest slept on it in couch form. The shower head was clogged with calcium build up and sent streams in all directions except where they're needed. Breakfast was subpar for HIE. The scrambled eggs were undercooked and turkey Sausage and egg white omelets were overcooked. And the pancake machine was apparently broken and i heard an employee tell a woman "oh no, that's broke, see," as she pointed to a sign. Cover the damn thing or take it out of the breakfast area until its fixed. The bedding and beds were clean and comfortable though, and aside from the apathetic breakfast person, the staff was friendly and apologetic regarding our dismal experience. Its just very poorly managed.
