I also requested the 1st floor due to health issues and she was very rude 10-13-26 940pm check the cameras. I didnt like how there was no way to make a complaint
- DDDean DonleyAug 26, 20262.0A usually reliable hotel chain came up small. The shower leaked all over the floor outside the bathroom. The smell of the cleaner was horrible. The air conditioner sounded like it was about to die The breakfast didn't have eggs or yogurt. On the good side, the employees were nice.

During breakfast, my wife asked if more bacon was being provided, the behavior of the staff was very unusual, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. So strange, that I chimed in "Never mind, we don't need the bacon." We left and got breakfast at a safer location. Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable staying at Holiday Inn Express properties. Please investigate this matter immediately. I look forward to your response detailing how this situation will be addressed for future customers. from a physical, bodily safety perspective as well as food safety perspective.

- HHhalogodspartanJul 8, 20262.0The carpets in the room were dirty and the shower floor was peeling, the pancake machine was broken, the oatmeal bar was lacking, there was no biscuits and gravy like all the other holiday inns across the country. (Thats the only reason I stay in holiday inns). the pool was green like the reflecting pool in the nation's capital. The staff was nice tho. Won't be staying here again thats for sure.
