  The room we were assigned had clearly been USED prior to our arrival: 1. The toilet seat was up, implying that it had been used by a man. 2. There was tobacco dip in the toilet, that never fully flushed away. 3. There were no bath towels. Coincidentally, there was a bundle of towels in the hallway floor, across from our door (10 p.m. at night; we had arrived late) when I went to the front desk to get towels. The front desk lady in the morning tried to explain it away, saying it was in the plumbing. If it was in the plumbing it would have continued. I responded to their survey with my complaint, and received a perfectly worded (clearly AI) canned response asking to give them another chance to make it right. I replied that I would be happy to, for 2 free nights in a king suite, since that is what we paid for expecting a CLEAN UN-USED room. No response back. I fully expect another AI response.

  This is the worst place to stay; if you live within a 50-mile radius, you cannot stay at this hotel. It doesn't matter if you have already paid for the reservation—they will cancel everything.

  I went here so I can relax mind for a couple days. I called first and they told me the price I was like ok then I pull up there and gave the front desk clerk my Driver's license she tells me no no no I said no no no what she said WE DON'T TAKE LOCALS. I said you kidding right she said no I'm sorry and I said I never heard no shit like that in my life so I didn't even get to see the rooms at all cause they don't TAKE LOCALS So I'm telling y'all in advance who every reading this is you're local DO NOT COME HERE CAUSE THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY And it's too hot for this shit. Sorry for the profane language but I'm very pissed right now. Happy bday to me ugh

  What a lovely experience from calling to make our reservation. I had the immense pleasure of speaking with Veronica. Upon arrival, Veronica was proficient and pleasant. Her personality was A plus. She loves her job and it shows. She's a keeper!!! Then our room was clean, comfortable bed, great pillows. Plenty of space and large shower. We didn't eat breakfast but they offer it. Has a large outdoor pool area and fitness center. All around wonderful experience. Will stay again when passing thru. Thank you

  Stay was good until 1:30 at night, a unknown man walked into our room, waking my GF and my 10mth old baby and scaring the bejesus out of me . Also using his key the front desk gave him. After I had to yell to get the guy to leave our room. I called the front desk, the clerk responded she was cancelling all keys to my room, and was making a new key for room 206.(Someone standing in your door in a t shirt and underwear is scary as hell at 1:30 in the morning.. lol ...I talked to the GM the next day about the situation, and she said yea it was a 80yr old dementia patient, like I'm not supposed to be upset. SMH I'm supposed to be a rewards member, some reward...
