  Rooms were very clean and the kitchenette was great. The beds were comfy and sheets good quality. Lobby downstairs was nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are social evenings held Monday to Wednesday where you get a free drink in the lobby. I think it closes at 7pm but I can't remember when it starts. It was a nice touch. The pool was free to use but shallow. The gym was well equipped and free to use. There are washers and dryers free to use and more importantly clean and we'll maintained. The cleaners worked hard to keep the rooms clean every day. They run a light service daily but from my experience they were always about to ask for towels etc. The cleaners were friendly and helpful. Location is great. There are a fair few restaurants/take aways 1 minute walk from the hotel. The outlet is a 5 minute walk and has plenty of clothes and coffee shops. If you've dogs with you the walk around the lake is handy. It is also a short drive from the airport and centrally located to explore the rest of the area. My only gripe, which is quite a small one, the TVs have no facility to sign into any streaming apps. It was a bit fiddly trying to get the channels to work too. But other than that there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. I would stay here again for sure.

  My children and I stayed here just to get away before back to school, Regardless of the paid reviews that are posted, it’s very sketchy here stick to the Marriott or Tru around the corner. Too many Ai generated reviews. Management very unprofessional and spending 300$ + per night in this economy without courteous service is absurd!! Save your coins and go elsewhere!!!

  This hotel was the best part of the ending of our trip going very unexpectedly. Our flight was canceled at 11 pm and we needed a place to stay. I was so lucky to have booked the last available room for the night. This place was absolutely pristine! The room was spacious and clean. Talia working at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. I was feeling so upset about our flight issues and I can’t thank the staff at Staybridge enough for making our stay a 10/10!!!!

  After a 12 hour day of traveling with 3 kids we had an unfortunate issue with our rental vehicle. In a scramble at the airport I called the hotel to find somewhere for us to rest until we could sort it out. The manager of the hotel went above and beyond to get us a super early check in, greeted us with a smile and made our terrible morning turn right around. I can’t say enough great things. Rooms are immaculate, vibes are immaculate, service is impeccable. Thank you for taking care of us!

  This hotel was incredible, we visited early August 2026 so it was very new. The rooms were extremely clean, they used good quality soaps in the bathroom and shower ( not the crappy cheap hotel soap) the only downside was that it might not be the most family friendly due to the fact the pool is small compared to most other hotel pools. Also the breakfast seemed to be not great, we had it once at about 8 AM and the food was already cold and kind of chewy on things that should be soft. I wish there was a 4.5 stars because those were the only things wrong with our visit.
