  In my opinion, cleanliness and comfort are the bare minimum expectations of any good hotel. And while this hotel absolutely exceeded those expectations with its top-notch cleanliness and incredible comfort, what truly set this stay apart was how I was treated by the people who work here. From the front desk and guest services to the housekeeping staff, every person I encountered was genuinely kind, caring, welcoming, and attentive. They didn’t just provide customer service—they made me feel valued, cared for, and genuinely welcomed. That kind of experience is rare, and it’s what turned an already wonderful hotel stay into one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. And then there’s the food! The complimentary breakfast every day and the happy hour Monday through Wednesday were such an incredible added bonus. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the STAFF. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care made every meal feel special. This hotel has clearly done an exceptional job hiring people who understand that hospitality is about so much more than simply doing a job. It’s about how you make people feel, and the staff here made me feel like my comfort and happiness truly mattered. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. The staff are the definition of what exceptional customer service, genuine kindness, and hospitality should look like. I especially want to recognize Tanika and Nick, who were both absolute gems. Their kindness, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out to me, and they deserve to know how much of an impact they made on my stay. Thank you to the entire team for reminding me that sometimes it’s not the room, the amenities, or even the hotel itself that makes a stay memorable—it’s the people who make you feel at home while you’re there. ❤️

  I stayed here for several days and loved it! The rooms and lobby were clean along with the other areas in the hotel. Nice small indoor pool, not super heated but still refreshing. The free laundry room is a plus too. It’s also right next to a good amount of food spots and the Norfolk outlets. They rotated some of their breakfast items day to day and actually had a good variety of things to choose from. Always hot coffee in the lobby too, even at midnight (they also had decaf, which is why I drank it late). Every staff member I met was super nice and helpful, even talking to us for a bit during the “reception” hours. I wish I remembered names, but they were all great. I would definitely recommend staying here! It’s reasonable for the price for sure, and also pet friendly, including cats which I appreciated since I had my fur baby.

  I spent almost two weeks at this hotel because of a moving situation, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. The area was peaceful, the rooms were clean, and the employees were always nice and helpful. Breakfast was good each morning, and the free laundry was especially useful during a longer stay. Being able to bring my cats was also a huge help and made the whole situation much easier. I’d say this hotel is probably better suited for short stays, people passing through, or anyone between places rather than families looking for a more traditional vacation hotel. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay when I needed it.

  Outstanding hotel I stay at them all over and this one is by far the nicest and comfortable hotel I’ve been to. Very clean everything’s new. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Staff at front desk very helpful and accommodating. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom. Lobby is very nice. I would pick this hotel over 99 percent of other hotels I am extremely picky where I stay as well and this hotel checks all the boxes

  Rooms were very clean and the kitchenette was great. The beds were comfy and sheets good quality. Lobby downstairs was nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are social evenings held Monday to Wednesday where you get a free drink in the lobby. I think it closes at 7pm but I can't remember when it starts. It was a nice touch. The pool was free to use but shallow. The gym was well equipped and free to use. There are washers and dryers free to use and more importantly clean and we'll maintained. The cleaners worked hard to keep the rooms clean every day. They run a light service daily but from my experience they were always about to ask for towels etc. The cleaners were friendly and helpful. Location is great. There are a fair few restaurants/take aways 1 minute walk from the hotel. The outlet is a 5 minute walk and has plenty of clothes and coffee shops. If you've dogs with you the walk around the lake is handy. It is also a short drive from the airport and centrally located to explore the rest of the area. My only gripe, which is quite a small one, the TVs have no facility to sign into any streaming apps. It was a bit fiddly trying to get the channels to work too. But other than that there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. I would stay here again for sure.
