  The service provided was exceptional. The staff demonstrated outstanding commitment by facilitating an early check-in upon my arrival and accommodating multiple extensions to my reservation. My room is new, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The hotel offers convenient access to the highway and a wide array of dining establishments in its vicinity.

  I enjoyed my stay here! I stayed for just over a week. I had to keep extending and the staff was super helpfulin keeping me in the same room! I THINK her name was Tanika (I'm so bad with names, I'm sorry if it's wrong). But she was AMAZING!!!! The sweetest girl! The entire staff, honestly, was great! They were all welcoming, helpful and super nice. The room was spacious, very clean, and cozy! The location was perfect! Pretty much close to everything. You'll have restaurants and the outlet mall with walking distance. There's a pretty tall that wraps around the lake you can walk your pets on, or walk or run. The gym was pretty good. There's a small pool for kids to enjoy. Laundry is nice and convenient! Overall a wonderful hotel. Loved it! My go to anytime I have to be in Norfolk.

  My only complaint here is the pet fee. We booked a last minute hotel for one night in a city we've never been to. Yes I begrudgingly agreed to the fee and knew what it was ahead of time, but the additional $11.25 tax on top of the $75 pet fee was simply ridiculous. It feels like they're taking advantage which gives me the ick. The hotel is new, clean, and customer service was great, but beware the extra almost $100 if traveling with your pet! We will not be returning for this reason. Side note: We haven't traveled in awhile and maybe this fee is standard now, but I remember it being a flat $50. I completely understand the need for the fee, but that price seems exorbitant.

  The hotel is brand new so a lot of things were in great condition due to it being new. The location was amazing due to the outlet being in walking distance and all the restaurants in walking distance. I stayed here 3 night. The elevators were out of service for several hours so we had to walk up the stairs to the 5th floor. The pillows in the closet had large stains on them. I also asked if housekeeping could come in and sweep and pick up trash, they came in and got the trash and that was all. I stayed here 3 nights so that was an inconvenience. Not too family oriented(kid friendly) but I’m sure it’s great for social life.
