  Extremely outdated I'm talking like 20 years old outdated they still have DirecTV that doesn't work on the channels. Filthy appliances, old beds, furniture, the carpet smells, the bed sheets are ripped. You can see physical dirt and grime in the rooms. A/C units that barely function. Extremely overpriced for what you get. I would consider this a last resort option. I was caught unaware, never staying here again next time I have to come on a work trip.

  The area this hotel is located is rough, the rooms were dirty, and the ac in the lobby broke so it was hotter in there than it was outside. Only plus I can give this place is it’s close to a lot of places to eat & shop, but a ton of homeless people walking up and down military highway. Did not feel safe anywhere we went.

  The staff was so pleasant, kind, upbeat and a joy. Really the only great thing I can say about the stay itself was the staff was truly amazing. Hotel is in a convenient location, but that is the only nice thing about it. To start with the whole hotel had a strong smell of cleaning bleach. I don't mind when a hotel smells of chlorine, but when its straight bleach and strong enough to bring on a migraine when im not in the hotel for long, thats when there is an issue. And it wasn't just in the hallways either, the room itself smelled of bleach as well. We weren't there for long as we came in out of town for a convention, but when we got back to the room and relax before bed despite the smell, then you had the issue of trying to figure out which remote worked for the tv and which did what. Eventually we just gave up on that and went to go to bed only to find my side of the bed smelled of nothing but dog/ wet dog. Thankfully my husbands side was fine so he just had to deal with trying to sleep on a small corner of the bed because anytime I rolled over I was instantly woken up by the smell. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep and decided to just start the long drive home. But wait theres more, because when getting out of bed we discovered that the air conditioner had leaked all over the floor. The staff was great about my concerns but honestly I slept better in the cramped car on the ride home than I did here. Dissapointing to say the least.

  Darrell Boone is crushing it putting this place back together. He’s so attentive, professional, and ready to serve it’s amazing. He’s holding this place together! An additional shout out, even though I know he’s only on contract and leaving soon, but Adrian Toney is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen!
