  we had to be placed here during an emergency however, the staff at the desk aryana, dd, all people at the front desk are so amazing, they are always nice and really try to help you in any way possible. they really are wonderful people and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. i appreciate all they have done for us.

  I was coming in late from a flight from the west coast. I had informed them I would be late which was 2 minutes past the time I had said. The desk clerk was not there and had to wait 10 minutes. He said he was about to cancel my reservation. When I walked into my room I heard a sound that sounded like someone was in my room. It was the bathtub that would leak water into a puddle of water in the tub. I tried to have the stopper go up to drain the water but it wouldn’t stay up. The tub was filthy. There was hair, the water was dark and there appeared to be rust spots. I had also asked for late check-out. At 11:00 house keeping banged on my door several times saying house keeping. They woke me up from a horrible night.sleep to ask when I was leaving. All I wanted was a good night sleep, to sleep late and a hot shower. I got none of that! I left early because of lack of quality in their service and room. So I complained. The desk clearly said that her manager was in a meeting. She also said that she saw where there was a note about the problems with the room before I complained. He called while I was driving home and offered 1/2. Considering I didn’t have a good night sleep, a hot shower or the ability to sleep late, I felt this was inadequate. I called and they said he was not in but would return my call 10 the next day. At 2:00 they next day he wasn’t in AGAIN. How convenient. I left a message. It is now two days later and he has never return my call. Quality starts from the top up. If he doesn’t treat his customers with curiosity or respect his staff do not have a proper example of how to treat their guest. I was not treated a a guest and I WOULD NEVER suggest this hotel to friends or family nor will I ever choose to stay here again.

  The fresh paint on the outside of the building made me think it was new. Was not worth the price. The apt size refrigerator was outdated, it did have a icemaker, not sure if water filtered. Windows off track could hear everthing outside. The bathroom corners were very dirty. Need new towels. Need to clean better. No update USB chargers for phone. Thank God I had my cube. No POOL! For the price no free breakfast, no free coffee.The used furniture was given update, but could certainly see it was used. I was given a handicap room , which it made me feel a little odd. I expected a suite to be 2 separate rooms, however it was not. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. I did appreciate the early check in.

  Stayed here recently. I must say the hotel isn’t bad. Just wish things were a little better. Phone wasn’t working in room. Tv went in and out. The two employees at the front desk lady name was ann and don’t know the young man she had been training. reaked really bad of cigarettes and just something nasty.. Couldn’t check me in fast enough to get away from the smell.
