  Our experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues with cleanliness, professionalism, and honesty from staff. Upon arrival, we discovered blood stains on both the mattress and sheets in our room. When this was reported, the front desk representative, Becky, stated that there were no housekeeping staff or managers available. However, housekeeping staff and carts were visibly present in the lobby. Only after this was pointed out did Becky apologize and contact the manager on duty, Amy, despite initially claiming no manager was on-site. Amy then inspected a second room for us, but unfortunately, that room also had blood-stained sheets. We had to contact the front desk yet again before clean linens were finally provided. Beyond the room issues, the overall condition of the hotel reflected a lack of maintenance. The windows and walls were visibly dirty, and the property appeared poorly kept overall. Guests deserve clean accommodations, honest communication, and professional service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.

  How is one supposed to check out when you expire the keys before checkout time. So now I need to make trips to my vehicle using this key but I can't get back in my room so you just made checkout 10x harder. Talk about a lack of amenities. Talk about lack of communication, they use handheld communication devices but it seems not for communicating, when we call to the front desk no one seems to care.

  Well when you work nights and ask to be left alone and get woke through the week with typical dumb things that could be prevented. Last day here we ask for late check out to literally have someone knock on door early. Nobody relay of information piss poor communication with staff and management. Also it’s another hotel with a starving restaurant that only relays on guest to Keep it open. So if your looking for a hotel with accommodations well THIS ISN’T IT. Every hotel with a restaurant in it seems to forget its bc a hotel and has accommodations like free breakfast.

  Rooms were ok but WE ARE silver elite IHG members and a man opened our door 2 hours before check out and I was not dressed. We also had DND tag on. BEWARE
