  Staff were very friendly and well diversity. Different events were being held. My family just did our family reunion there. There was other group celebrating their loved ones 70th birthday. Just didn't care for where the location was. It was basically in the woods. Way in the cut. Overall I had a great experience. And housekeeping came every day to switched out the towels and clean the bathroom and empty the trash and if there was something broken in the room they made sure that it was fixed so I give it five stars 🤩

  Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Great location for our visit. We only had three bath towels and two wash cloths for 4 guests. Had to request more. The breakfast food buffet was not that great. The potatoes tasted like they had been out too long. We also tried the made to order breakfast which also wasn’t great. Besides that no complaints. We would book again without the breakfast option.

  Amazing location! Hotel is very unique in architecture! Very close to Buckroe Beach. Great location in Oyster point. No water provided in the rooms. Limited handicapped parking but the lot gets very full, not the hotels fault. Restauraunt on premises. Gym, dinning/reception area for private parties. Jeff is an amazing receptionist and brings so much personality to the place!

  We booked a stay for two nights and arrived on Friday evening. The person who checked us in was Ed, who was so helpful and informative! We got a Premium Corner King room, which was really nice. The bed was super comfortable! There was a refrigerator and a microwave, which was really nice. The shower was really nice, too. The breakfast was really good, too! Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The person working the breakfast buffet was really nice! The location of the hotel is great, very close to a lot of things within driving distance. We did not use the pool but it looked nice, it was indoor. The price was pretty reasonable, too!

  I tried to upload the video, but it would not let me, so I provided still screen shots. Let me first say the hotel is nice, location was great and the room was spacious. They provided Dove products in the shower (Body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner) which to me was wonderful. Front desk staff was wonderful and polite. Now, let's get into my issues. I always do a wipe down of the phone, remote, knobs, toilet seat etc but when I got into the room, I could see that the floor was not vacuum thoroughly, there was a ring on the nightstand from where a cup must have been sitting and piece of a toy left behind from someone else sitting behind the coffee machine which prompted me to do a little more cleaning. I used to work in housekeeping YEARS AGO cleaning hotel rooms and we had to make sure the rooms were CLEAN and when I say CLEAN, I mean NO HAIR should be showing, sheet had to be changed even if they did not sleep on the bed etc. This was not the case in my room. They have a different type of headboard that most hotels do not use and when I say they must NEVER clean the top of it, they must NEVER DO!!! As you can see from my photos it was FILTHY - both of them!!! The closet that held the ironing board, iron and safe had 3 or 4 drawer stand that had HAIR IN EACH DRAW which means they did not even CHECK that area AT ALL!!! I don't suffer from allergies, but dust definitely effects my nasal passages, and I had a HEADACHE the entire weekend so I can only imagine what a person with allergies may have experienced. The AC was on when I arrived, so I know it had to be circulating the dust all around the room. I took my sanitize wipes to the front desk to show the clerk (Beccy) I believe was her name and her response was "on my" with a "thank you for the heads up" - not a what can I do or let me send someone to clean your room. Then to make matters worse - I came in from being out on Friday Evening and there was a huge dead cockroach in front of my door. This is my second hotel on the last 2 trips in which the rooms were a mess in some way. We pay TOO MUCH money to lay in filth. I do not expect a room to be perfect, but I also don't expect it to be dirty either. PLEASE make sure your housekeeping staff do what they are paid to do!!! I can't blame them fully because it's apparent that NO ONE from management is doing, their job because if they were checking behind them none of what you see in my pictures would be present. P.S. DO NOT respond with the " Cleanliness and professionalism are top priorities for us" like you did under another post a month ago because apparently from the pictures I posted A MONTH later - Cleanliness and professionalism are NOT a top priority to you all!!!
