  Customer service is always to notch here. Love that there is enough room to park my 18 wheeler in the parking lot when I stay here. Super convenient.

  Not up to IHG standards. The rooms are old, dirty and beaten up. Carpets ripped, furniture and walls dinged up. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Front desk staff needs to learn better customer service. If they don’t enjoy their job and are going to be rude to guests inquiring about checking in early before even checking to see if any rooms are available pan hour early then maybe it’s time to seek new employment. Then there was no one at the desk to check guests in at 8pm . Front desk associate nowhere to be found. Housekeeping pay more attention to detail when supposedly cleaning rooms that includes cleaning light fixtures, headboard , tv, refrigerator etc not just wiping dust from nightstands , stay away from this property if you can. It’s not worth the money . Would give zero if I could

  Good location. Nice hotel. Beds were clean. Rooms are a little worn, but not bad. Breakfast was decent except the cook came out and asked to see room keys while you were eating. I thought that was inconvenient. Only one entrance so if you park in back you have to walk all the way around the building to get in. Front desk people were very nice and helpful.

  I was conflicted on writing this review. I usually love my stays at Holiday Inn, but this time had its ups and downs. Arriving and check in were no problem. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, everything worked and was in working order. Just makeup smears on the wall in the bathroom, at least that’s what I hope they were. Behind the bathroom door wasn’t clean, shower could have been cleaner and drain fixed. Drain kept pinching your foot when it moved. Swimming pool, which was our main reason for choosing to stay here, was out of order MOST of our stay. They did give me a late check out, with no extra cost, so that we could get in the pool that morning before checking out. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. First morning only 1 choice for cereal, but the cinnamon rolls made up for everything and the bacon. Floor was quiet even though there was a very large group of students staying there during our stay. Beds were comfortable and adequate amount of channels available on the TV. Free WiFi was also available. When checking out I did notice a seating bench cushion in the lobby that definitely needed to be replaced. Then after exiting the hotel and taking our luggage to the truck some guy approached us asking for a favor!!! That was very unnerving, especially since it was just me and my little granddaughter at the vehicle at that time. With the small amount of positives the negatives outweigh and we won’t stay here again.
