  This hotel needs updating and a deep clean in the common areas. It took a week to get clean linen even though we asked multiple times.

  Highly Recommend this Holiday Inn Express in Newport News, Virginia. Clean & Quiet Rooms with a Excellent & Very Polite Staff. Very Delicious Breakfast.

  I have been a loyal IHG diamond member for over 2 years... the quality of the IHG name keeps going down and down. First off this hotel is not clean, there was spilled rice in the elevator for 3 days of our stay.. it was still there when we left, which means the elevators hadn't been cleaned for over 3 days. We asked for another towel our first morning and were told they had none. The carpet in the hallway is peeling up in many places. The ice machine on the 5th floor is broken and seems to have been for a very long time. The pancake maker wasnt working our whole stay, they had no cinnamon rolls or yogurt on Monday morning. The carpet in the room is sticky and disgusting, I had to wear shoes the whole time. The bathroom wasnt clean. The water pressure was non existent and it took at least 5 min for the water to get hot.

  This hotel was wonderful to stay at. It was very clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the pool was so much fun and very clean. My family and I enjoyed every moment here.
