  This was by far the worst stay ever. I worked for a hotel for 16 years . This was unacceptable . The room was outdated stains everywhere blood stains on the mattress. The alarm went off all day and night to the point on the second day the firetrucks came there was people lighting off fireworks at 1 AM. There is people smoking weed at the pool with Kids around. There was no ice at all in the hotel. You have one of the busiest weekends and one of the hottest weekends and there was no ice. The hotel was hard to keep cool there was no blankets or palace for the pool out so my child had to sleep with Sheets. Breakfast was not served Monday morning to 7 o’clock. The pancake machine was out of order. The pool was dirty. You had guest out there cleaning it out. The water was down. They needed to add more water to it. My child ended up with panic attacks because of the fire alarms, and the firetrucks and all that other people were fussing and complaining about it. I called and called and called the hotel. No one never answered the phone. There was never no one at the desk every time you went down there and when you are, they were rude. I asked to speak to the general manager. All they said was OK. If it wasn’t for an emergency, I would’ve checked out and went to another hotel but it was a convenient place to where I needed to be. There were people at the pool at 1 AM. I would definitely look at staying at another place before you stay here. Definitely need to hire new staff. And need update and remodel the hotel. and the pool needs fixing is peeling on the sides and everything there’s pieces broken off in the bottom. And for the price I paid for two rooms for two nights I would’ve been better off going to Virginia Beach and paying that price and would’ve had the beach and probably a lot nicer places to stay at and nicer staff .

  Room was not cleaned from previous guests. Staff asked if I wanted to take a shower for my event and they would clean it after. Large amount of black mold on the ceiling in the lobby restroom. No working ice machine throughout the while building

  This was a bus trip for a group of friends, the rooms were ok, the toilets on the 2nd floor were plugged and didn't work, the management, wanted you to unclog the toilet yourself, half the tv's didn't work, we were also told we would have a hospitality room, which was false. we had you use one of our rooms where we slept for a hospitality room and received no compensation. My party would not come back nor recommend to anyone. None of the ice machines worked...no vending either!

  Handicap room bed hard as a rock which i can deal with but there was no linens for the pull out for my daughter. The shower soaked the entire bathroom floor because there was no lip to keep the water in the shower. Got this hotel for the pool, pool was green and slimy with closed sign on gate. Just take pool off the advertisement. Maid just barged in without even knocking, at 10 something while we were laying in bed.(We had another whole night. So it's not like we were supposed to be checking out that day either) The man at front disk was nice.

  Well there needs to be a lot of maintenance done. Furniture is dirty and stained. Walls are peeling. It is right by many shops and the mall. I did not venture to see if the pool was swimable. I was not going to swim in it even if it smelled like pure bleach. Reminds me of a roadside motel.
