  Shoutout to Steven at the front desk!! Pros: excellent customer service, location, nicely landscaped and private courtyard area by the pool, front desk and staff were very responsive to a minor maintenance issue Cons: slightly disappointed that they don’t offer daily housekeeping as I have 2 kids in diapers, no ventilation fan in bathroom, finicky water temp in shower

  Price fluctuates a lot, nice but has its problems the dishwasher in my room leaked quite a bit, and there was no such thing as warm in the shower, either take your skin off hot or cold. To hot, tap, tap with the finger, cold, the 5:30 social on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday was nice. Glass of wine and an appetizer in the dining area, breakfast included but they need to research options, the same thing every morning. Typical stuff, I bet you could tell me what was offered. The free laundry was a plus and the available underground parking was nice when it was in the 90s all week. The little convenience store was nice to have available. Even had wine and beer. Place was mostly clean but they need to have a trash area somewhere even a bin on each floor so people don't leave it outside their door or piled up by the elevator.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful hotel surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The outdoor pool is small but absolutely charming and very well maintained. We also loved the outdoor seating and BBQ area—it’s a fantastic place to spend the evening with family or friends, enjoying a pizza or grilling while surrounded by nature. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and the quality of the accommodations exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, comfortable rooms, and a lovely outdoor atmosphere.

  5 stars all around for this hotel!! We just go back from a 5 night stay there for my fighters softball tournament that was hosted in McClean. Michael, was the best!! He was so helpful from recommendations around the area, hotel service, accommodations, and so pleasant to everyone. He made us feel at home. This type of service is hard to come by these days... thank you Staybridge Suites for a great staycation and for making us feel at home while on the road with kids and a busy schedule! We will absolutely recommend this place to anyone that needs to stay in McClean.
