  I walked in to book a room for my mother in the wake of some challenging circumstances. The staff were kind, and because of securing the room for multiple nights, offered a reasonable rate. Happy to support a family-owned operation like this.

  The lady who helped me with my check-in was absolutely amazing!!! She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She made the whole check-in process super easy and was such a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service thank you so much! 😊

  The location is perfect for a quick and easy on/off highway route stop and there are a good selection of stores and restaurants near by. The rooms are clean and have all the of creature feature necessities. The breakfast is comparable to higher priced lodgings and is well stocked with offerings of good quality hot and cold items. I was impressed to find the office is staffed with a friendly staff eager to serve my needs 24/7. This Super 8 is definitely worth the price for a restful route stop. There were no vacancies on the night of my stay, so I recommend that you book your room in advance... .

  Problems checking in, non smoking room reeked of old cigarettes , floor not clean, room full of various bugs, chair really stained, bathroom door won't shut, finished walls weren't finished, it was pretty bad and they charged $15 each for my dogs on top. Did not care for the kiosk checkin either, very slow, did not work well.

  Beware !! Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed there on our way home from vacation because it was late and the Hampton hotel across the street was fully booked. The manager was at this Super 8 was joking inappropriately with some people in the lobby. We should have left then. When we finally got registered and to our room we went right to bed. When we got up the next morning we realized the room had bedbugs everywhere. We took our belongings outside and brushed everything off before getting into the car. There were 2 cleaning people outside so we told them the problem. Didn't seem bothered or surprised. I went into the lobby and told the front desk about the problem. Again, didn't seem surprised and offered no discount or refund. DISGUSTING !!!
