I don't recall that I've ever had issues with staying at a Candlewood location before. This location was very quiet. My issue is that the room was terribly cleaned. I always wipe everything down with lysol wipes and spray; but when I cleaned the remote it was filthy, dust all over the lamps, clearly not cleaned, the floor had trash over it, the shower was dirty, crumbs were all over the counters. I did express my concerns to the individual at the front desk, not once did I receive an apology, a look of embarrassment or anything. I also relayed the same information to the manager. He listened, never an apology, never offering a different room. Not even a flinch that I had to clean the room myself. I did book my room with rewards and payment. I let them know I wouldn't stay the entire duration due to this. The manager did let me know that I would still be charged, something I didn't know before, however, I do find that ridiculous to continue to charge someone who would not stay. But if that's how it is with rewards, it's unfair and unfortunate. I'll much rather leave and stay elsewhere for my own peace of mind.

I’ve stayed everywhere from Motel 6 to the Ritz-Carlton, and this is honestly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
This Candlewood Suites is insanely clean, incredibly quiet, and just genuinely comfortable to be in. The entire place feels well thought out and well-appointed — even the color scheme and artwork create this really calm, serene atmosphere. And somehow, it actually looks better in person than it does in the pictures.
The suite setup is fantastic too: a huge 4K TV in the living area, another TV in the bedroom, comfortable furnishings, and everything feels fresh and maintained. The free laundry room and workout room were both super convenient during my extended stay, and I also loved the little convenience nook stocked with ice cream, frozen foods, sodas, toiletries, Pepto, and basically anything you might need.
The bean-to-brew coffee machine in the lobby was another nice touch — fresh coffee every single cup instead of sitting in a pot all day.
It’s also pet friendly, which was important for me.
But what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Intekhab, the GM, has been incredibly professional, kind, and helpful from the very beginning. I called several days before arriving with questions, and from that first interaction onward he’s been absolutely awesome. The entire staff has been consistently friendly and accommodating.
I ended up having to stay much longer than expected because of moving circumstances, and honestly, this is one of the very few places where an extended hotel stay didn’t feel miserable. I actually love this place.
Very, very clean and very quiet — worth repeating.

Great service! I had a problem with the shower first night, boom, fixed then and there. Trouble with a/c, no problem. They came and fixed it immediately. Great crew running this hotel for me and my family. Definitely recommend if you need dependable service
