The room was a bit too warm but that can be fixed by using the air conditioner, and the bathroom wasn't completely clean. But overall the place was great and served its purpose to accommodate me and my grandparents while we came over to move furniture for my uncle. Will definitely come back if we ever go up to Manassas!

I stayed at this hotel for 91 consecutive nights in the same room without any interruption. I booked my stay under two back-to-back reservations (60 nights and 31 nights). Although they were two separate reservations, my actual stay was continuous—I never changed rooms, or left the hotel. When I asked about Virginia’s sales tax exemption for stays of 90 continuous days or more, the hotel refused my request simply because there were two reservation records. What I find confusing is that the hotel did not charge the 8% Local Occupancy Tax again when the second reservation started, yet they still claimed my stay was interrupted for the 90-day sales tax exemption. I asked them to review my case based on my continuous occupancy, but they denied it without providing a clear explanation of this inconsistency. I am now seeking clarification from the Virginia tax authorities. Very disappointing customer service.
