  Couldn't find the entrance due to construction. Everything fenced off, no proper lighting in the parking lot so good luck finding the curbs. Got parked went inside for them to tell me I had to pay them another $130 in fees when I already prepaid $510 for a room. Something happens in the next city over and we can take advantage with pricing. 500 for a room and while on the throne in the bathroom I can see spots of mold in the shower, you would think for 500 i would at least get a clean shower. Overlook it all, you got to wash the dirt off and you hope the sheets are cleaner than the shower just go to bed, check out is 11 you can sleep in. Oh no you can't, 7am construction on the new part of the hotel started right outside my window. I am on the third floor and this guy happens to be working right at that level also and banging away with his hammer, other than looking busy when the boss checks i have no idea what this guy was actually accomplishing. (Yes I do have construction experience). Let's try and get passed all this and still try and start a good day. So for that much money I will get breakfast, I try not to do so many carbs so fruit is good. When bananas are that brown you usually make pudding or bread, one more disappointment at this hotel. I turned in my key and left, besides an argument what can you do for me. It would have been more peaceful sleeping in my car at a rest stop and peeing on my mold free tire when no one was looking and it would have only cost me a dollar for a nice crisp banana at a gas station in the morning. That just beat Hiltons price by 499 what a bargain. Hilton i am not even going to say do better, I say start over your doing it wrong.

  We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the breakfast! A very special thank-you to Mrs. Yolanda, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so polite, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast area was always very clean, and she made sure everyone had everything they needed. Her kindness and excellent service definitely stood out to us! Overall, we enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely be back again. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I stay here all the time because I have a client I visit near by, I made the reservation and it was within cancellation. I went in to to the lobby to plead my case and they let me get out of the room. They should and could have charged me, but were so very nice about my change of plans. Thank you Sweet Shyna Haddock!! She worked it out for me. Thank you again. And I will return on my next trip.

  Stayed here with family. Simply marvelous customer service. I was greeted by every single employee I came across, from reception to cleaning to food prep to maintenance. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Special thanks to RJ at reception for going above and beyond to help us out. Will definitely stay again when I come to town.

  Got in about 8:00 PM on 08/11/26 checked in very friendly staff great customer service went to get dinner about 9:30 PM came back DoorDash driver notified front desk. Cigarette dispenser outside was on fire thankfully it was not too bad, but I was able to assist by getting the fire out due to me being a volunteer back home. I helped keep everybody calm, cool and collective thankfully no damage of property and people gotta remember put your cigarette butts out before putting it in the container.
