  Average hotel. Housekeeping on top of it. Working AC. A little out of the way but not horribly so.

  I took one star off because the room was very outdated. The material on the chair was cracked and peeling apart, the sheers where so dirty they were black were people touched to open them. The desk gentleman did say the new owners are upgrading soon; I hope so. The elevator was so hot inside I thoght I was going to faint! Breakfast was GREAT! Location was perfect. The staff were kind, helpful, and polite. I will be back simply because it was clean, except for the sheer curtains, the location to my job, the breakfast was great, and mostly because the staff were great!

  To start with the room, the furniture was used and so where the bed sheets. The breakfast wasn't the best, in my opinion the best was the sasuge, the rest of the stuff were either tasteless, or dull(thats just my opinion). The service was something I had the most problem with, First I specifically asked them to clean the particular part of the room(something spilled), and get some more shampoo. The problem was even though we didn't put the 'don't disturb' sign, they never came to clean. Another problem was that our cards were working perfectly fine on the first day, but on the second day both cards stopped working and it took them quite sometime to fix the cards.

  Booked a room here due its proximity to Dulles airport n the premium mall in Leesburg. The room and bathroom were clean but needs an overhaul into 2026. The shower curtain was too short for the bath and the furniture was a bit tired. The staff were professional n allowed us to leave our luggage, when we arrived early, at reception whilst we went shopping.

Legitimate hot eggs, crispy bacon, make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, and coffee that doesn’t taste like burnt regret—fuel that costs you nothing extra. I am a hard sell; I notice crooked frames and lumpy pillows, and I’ve written scathing reviews for hotels costing ten times this one. But this Best Western in Leesburg has earned my loyalty through quiet, consistent excellence. So yes, you can absolutely stay here with confidence—I do, and I am ruthlessly picky. Book it, lounge by that pool, eat that free waffle, and then wonder, as I do, why anyone would ever give this place anything less than five glowing stars.
