  We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. When we arrived the staff was welcoming and professional. Check in was quick and smooth. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our TV was not working and the staff fixed the issue within minutes of us hanging up with the front desk. Fastest service I have had at any hotel. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of options. It was delicious. Dining area was clean and well organized. All the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and professional. Crystal the manager and Natalie the assistant manager were exceptional. Overall a wonderful stay, we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

  Great hotel! Quiet and peaceful, excellent water pressure in the showers, and a beautiful view.

  I confirmed my reservation 4 days prior to my visit. Upon arrival, I was informed they were completely booked and my reservation did not come through the system. UNACCEPTABLE!! I was charged for my stay and am now having to wait days for a refund. Reservations should not get lost and I hope IHG looks into this to see what happened and prevent this issue from happening again. On the other hand, Billie was kind enough to find us another hotel so we weren't left sleeping in a car all night. This review is not at all at her, as this was not her fault, but simply for IHG's mishap.
