  We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn in Lebanon, VA, while attending the funeral of a family member in the area. My mother-in-law had arranged the initial reservations, as she had traveled from out of state to help our relatives with the aftermath of our loved one's passing. Given the circumstances surrounding our visit, we were incredibly grateful for the kindness and hospitality we received throughout our stay. From the very beginning, the general manager, Crystal, went above and beyond to accommodate our family. She was really kind, professional, and understanding of our situation. She helped us find the best possible rates for our suites, made sure we had everything we needed, and even took the time to come find us during breakfast one morning to check whether there was anything else she could do to make our stay more comfortable. That level of personal attention really stood out to us, and we appreciated it more than she probably realized. The rest of the staff were equally as kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Every interaction we had was great, and nobody made us feel like we were being an inconvenience or asking for too much. Everyone we talked to made sure we were comfortable, especially given the reason we were visiting. It honestly felt like we were being cared for beyond just being provided a room and breakfast, and that made this hotel experience stand out for us. Speaking of breakfast, the complimentary breakfasts were awesome! The staff working in the kitchen did a wonderful job keeping everything prepared and available for guests. The food was delicious, well-cooked, and was one of the better complimentary hotel breakfasts we've had. It was especially nice being able to sit down with our family and enjoy a good meal before heading out for what was an otherwise some very difficult day. As for the suite itself, we were pretty happy with it! There was plenty of room to accommodate our family, including relatives who were planning to stay with us. The bathroom was very clean, and the room had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We did notice a stained bedsheet when we first arrived, but after bringing it to the staff's attention, it was promptly replaced without any issues. It was a minor hiccup, and we appreciated how quickly it was handled. All in all, this was a wonderful hotel experience during what was otherwise a very difficult time for our family. While we certainly wish we had been visiting Lebanon and the surrounding areas under happier circumstances, the kindness and hospitality shown to us made our stay much more comfortable than we could have hoped for. A huge thank you to Crystal and the entire Holiday Inn team for taking such good care of us. Your compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed, and our family genuinely appreciated everything you did. Whenever we find ourselves back in the Lebanon area, this will absolutely be the first hotel we consider staying at again. Thanks again for everything!

  This hotel is one of the best hotels I've been to! Very clean very organized breakfast was delicious Jennifer was great so sweet and helpful front desk was awesome!!! She recommended the Bonanza for dinner which was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking in this area best hotel!

  This hotel ia very nice and clean. The view from the window waa beautiful. I was very impressed from the time I came in. Ms. Beverly, the receptionist told me it was her first day, but she was already doing a fantastic job. providing exceptional service. As a driver, I has to get loaded half a mile away from the hotel, but unfortunately the load wasn't ready yet. I spoke to Crystal and April at the front desk and they were amazing!!! Since I'm a platinum member, they allow me to extend a late check out with no problem. My experience with all the assistants here were great!!! I really recommend this hotel and make sure if you have any problems to contact either Crystal, Beverly or April...they will sure help you.

  We stopped in for a 5 night stay at this hotel which was strategically placed in the center of the areas we wanted to see. Upon check in we were met by Natalie at the front desk. She was professional, helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her pleasant and outgoing demeanor instantly made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good, and there was a decent selection to choose from ranging from eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruits, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and others. The coffee brewing machines were a nice modern touch as well. I will typically travel outside the hotel to get breakfast, but there was no need to here. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for a fantastic stay!
