  I do wish there was more store and restaurant options closer. That being said the property is well taken care of. The staff hear is outstanding. The front desk, management, housekeeping and maintenance staff here are all high character people. They are very pet friendly, my dog Jolie loves seeing all her friends that work here.

  Working in the area. This hotel hands down has the best staff of any hotel I've been to in the last 3 years as a traveling worker. Location has its pros and cons, it's a busy area is all I'm going to say but it's safe and convenient to everything, that's the bonus. My only complaint is house keeping could be better and I wish they had a pool. Overall. I would recommend; renovations are coming soon I heard! it's going to be beautiful when they complete them. As an ex GM I get so excited for the staff when these positive changes come, it's tough getting through them but to see the finished outcome will all be worth it. Thanks for all your team at the front are doing, you guys really are the best ( all 3 shifts)

  Had an unplanned overnight with some colleagues and couldnt find a hotel with any vacancies. When I called the night shift was extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Fssam, Victor, Gabrielle, and Sam went above and beyond to make sure we had our rooms and were set for our unnplanned stay

  I stayed at a Candlewood Suites near the Dallas airport and overall would rate it 2 out of 5 stars. The WiFi was slow and unreliable in my room, and while there is a fitness center, the ceiling is so low I hit my head on the treadmill. It’s also connected to the laundry room with no separation, making it warm and uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the lack of an airport shuttle. The IHG app was confusing and made it seem like one might be available, but I was told to take a $45 Uber instead. There’s also no breakfast offered. The hotel feels geared toward long term stays. The parking lot was full but I rarely saw people, and there are very few food options nearby, so I had to walk about a mile and a half each night. Service was frustrating. My key stopped working the morning of checkout, forcing me to go back to the front desk, and my room was never serviced during my stay. For $184 a night (+$ for hotel transportation) there are much better options nearby. I wouldn’t stay here again.
