  I was eating breakfast and i saw an employee “old man” restocking the bagels and bread with his bare hands, and i didn’t have a problem with that UNTIL i saw him touching cleaning supplies and trash after🤢-star

  The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though our room faced the road it was very quiet. The free breakfast was delicious and the availability of free brewed coffee anytime was well received.

  I stayed there the on Friday, July 24th I was greeted with we are charging $50 to your credit card for incidentals. when I asked what incidental they were referring to she said in case you damage the room. She said it was IHG policy. I replied that I stayed at a different Holiday inn last night and they did not have that charge further explaining that they were very hospitable and welcoming. When I got to my room, located on the 1st floor, it was glaringly obvious the room was already damaged. Torn drywall in 3 different spots, and peeling wallpaper. Additionally the shower in the bathroom had a major crack. I took pictures and went to the front desk to point this out. I explained that If you are going to charge me for damages I do, then you should put me in a room that is not damaged. I felt like this was a way holiday inn makes extra revenue by leaving the room damaged then charge everyone who rents the room for the same damage.

  The customer serviced lacked compared to other locations we have stayed at. On our booking we chose to pay upon arrival the desk took in upon themselves to go ahead and bill the morning before our stay started. Upon arrival I was charged another $50 that was not disclosed on the booking site. Multiple breakfast items were cold and not fresh. We were in the middle of loading our cart to leave the time was 11:02 am I am traveling with a disabled individual and the rude girl from the front desk was calling to see why we weren’t out yet this was out of line had it have been an hour past checkout I could understand she had an attitude when we handed in the keys too. Also our air conditioning unit was not working properly when we got to the room we called down to desk no one bothered to come up to check it very lazy rude girls working at this location!
