  Do not stay here...ever ...for any reason. The doors and cards do not work. They had to move my rooms. Once in, the tv does not work. This place is dirty and although new, it very abused. The whole floor i got stuck on smells like weed. A real dump.

  I travel a lot and typically stay in IHG properties. This was by far the worst one I've ever stayed at. The TV didn't work, there was no coffee in the lobby and only decaf in the room, no clean bath towels at the front desk, the entire hall and my room reaked of garbage, the water didn't drain in the shower, and the clothes dryers didn't get hot. This particular property is owned by JP Hospitality. I would suggest they do a quality control check on this location and IHG as well, because they are hurting your reputation. Cue the canned response from management...........

  This was a nightmare stay. First in the room the garbage can in bathroom had a used sanitary napkin in it, no phone in room to call front desk. Then the room had a flood, now rug all wet. Towel worn with holes. Room was switched next day. This room had a whole missing glass to the kitchen cabinet. Hotel didn’t give a percentage off and Supervisor by the name of Kate very rude. Not professional, hung up on me when I called back to get price adjusted for all the mishaps. I also, think it’s a live in hotel. So if you want a better stay than a homeless shelter. DON’T GO HERE.

  The smell was hard to tolerate. Carpet stained. There was about a quarter inch of dust along the shower, hairs all over the bathroom, and our room had someone's earring on the sink. I guess one of the framed pictures got broke and they left it hanging with just the cardboard. We arrived late and planned on sleeping in and at 830am housekeeping was beating on the door despite checkout not being till 10am. The towels smelled so bad I couldnt dry my face with it. Soap was labeled dove but smelt like the knockoff crap. The room wasnt cheap. $235. I only chose that because they are IHG and I'm a rewards member. From here on out it'll only be Holiday Inn Express for me. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at only two were worse than this one but they were way cheaper. We didn't dare to check on breakfast. All around a very bad experience. It appears that housekeeping at a maximum changes the sheets, empties the trash, and puts towels back. There is no evidence they clean anything. Everywhere you looked had dirt, dust, and stains. If you read this, pick somewhere else. Id expect a room like this for like $50 lol. Ive had better luck at choice hotels and best western compared to this crap hole. When the room is this dirty, I get super paranoid about if they they are changing the towels and sheets. The lobby was so loud we were constantly getting woke up. If zero stars were an option id select that. The cleaning staff looked like men and that doesn't matter but it just feels like they cut every corner. Parking was horrible too. In fact, the comfort inn next door looked better and cleaner and probably half the price. Management will post something about they'll do better to this but based on all the comments, I dont know when they plan on starting lol. Hope this helps.
