During our visit, Franki was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything in detail and handle our situation with genuine care. In an industry where great customer service can be hard to come by, he went above and beyond and truly made us feel like family. Staff members were extremely friendly, rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds, and breakfast in the morning was good. Loved the coffee bar near the front desk, it's nice to be able to get a nice cup of coffee any time of day or night. Didn't get a chance to check out the indoor pool, but hope to do so next time we're in the area. We'd definitely stay here again!

After a long, tiring day, we arrived feeling drained, but the warm welcome from the reception staff, Frankie, instantly lifted our spirits and made us feel right at home.
- MBMaggie BitesAug 28, 20261.0HORRIBLE experience with this hotel. We get a room one of the worst mold experiences I've had in a hotel and I travel quite a bit. I start having asthma they offer to try another room. To no difference it was just as bad as the last room. I can't stay there with the asthma attack and itching I'm having from their rooms. The manager says it's not a problem since we were only there briefly and that we will get a refund. We got our refund. TWO WEEKS later I'm being charged for both rooms and now have to fight this because this is ridiculous. Wasn't going to leave a bad review since they were understanding to me not being able to even tolerate the space and were there very briefly. But to sneak this in I'm tired of having to fight for every penny of the money I earn for these money hungry companies. Everything was really dirty here the workers clearly don't care to clean and place has gone very down hill. Nothing compared to the photos.
