  Personnel du petit déjeuner et du dîner adorable.En revanche la personne de la reception de jour très limite.On a l'impression de l'a déranger quand on pose une question. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyé tous les jours ce qui n'est pas normal quand on reste 8 jours .Il semblerait qu'il manque du personnel .Pour un Hilton c'est étrange.

  Lisa at the front desk is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Give her a raise! A bonus! Show this girl some appreciation!!! Me and my family had a horrible experience at another hotel and had to leave before our stay even started. It was past midnight, and we desperately needed a nice room just to get some sleep. Lisa helped me book the room, listened to me vent about my night, made me laugh, talked to me and made my night so much better. Shes genuine. Also, the rooms are great, beds are comfy, sheets are clean and silky. Great place!

  I just tried to check in today. The lady quoted me $179 plus a $50 damage fee that you get when you check out All for just one night. This is not a five-star hotel. This is not a mega hotel. This is not the Marriott or the Six seasons. I asked the old lady. Why is your prices so high? She said because they got a conference room and this is not even the Holiday inn Express and it's just the exact same price. Terrible. It's not worth $200 plus dollars for just one night

  I am a long-time IHG and Holiday Inn rewards member, but this location was easily one of the worst I have ever experienced. IHG needs to remove its brand name from this property before it completely ruins the brand’s reputation. Service & Staff: The front desk staff was unprofessional, rude, and combative. There was no night duty manager or General Manager available on-site; the front desk attendant simply sat watching movies and refused to assist with checkout issues or contact management. Billing Issues: They engage in bait-and-switch pricing tactics. They quote one rate upon reservation—including special military/government rates—and then charge a higher amount at checkout, arguing aggressively when asked to honor the original rate. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The room cleaning was unacceptable, with dust piled up for weeks and unreplenished tea and coffee stations. Additionally, the wall-mounted soap and shampoo dispensers are installed in an inconvenient, hard-to-reach location. Safety & Environment: The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and there were suspicious individuals loitering in the parking lot, making the property feel unsafe. Military, government personnel, and travelers overall should stay away from this property. This hotel does not meet the standard expected of the Holiday Inn name.
