  The Bar/restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and plenty of drink options. Make sure to stop in when Michelle is working. She’s kind and very attentive. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stomach is full and her deals definitely saves a couple dollars in your pocket!

  I really can't recommend this property. It's not well maintained with long hairs left in the bathroom and chipped paint all over. The AC is REALLY loud and leaks water on the floor. It's several years overdue for a refresh. The fitness room is missing most of the dumbbells, there's dirt, dust bunnies, and garbage left on the floor for days. The equipment isn't maintained, and the thermostat fluctuates between 75-85° and won't change regardless of the settings.

  I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this hotel after my stay has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After checking out, I realized my son’s Jiu-Jitsu uniform gi pants had been left behind. It took multiple phone calls and a great deal of persistence before the manager finally located them. Once they confirmed they had the item, exactly as the manager asked, I immediately purchased and emailed them a prepaid UPS 2nd Day Air shipping label. At that point, all they needed to do was attach the label and give the package to UPS. Over two weeks later, the UPS tracking still showed only “Label Created,” indicating UPS had never scanned the package into their system. When I contacted the hotel, I was repeatedly told that UPS had picked it up. However, no one has been able to provide any evidence that the package was actually turned over to UPS. I asked the manager to review the security footage from the loading area to verify what happened and requested a return call. Those requests have gone unanswered as have multiple voicemail messages. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or making a genuine effort to resolve it, I was left making repeated phone calls, following up over and over, and receiving attitude and no helpful information. Whether the package was never handed to UPS or something else occurred, the complete lack of communication and accountability has been the most disappointing part of this experience. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled. Unfortunately, this hotel chose poor communication, ignored follow-up requests, and left a guest to do all the work trying to resolve an issue that should have taken only a few minutes to fix. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property. If you accidentally leave something behind, be prepared for an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating process.

  Pros. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Great pillows. Lots of room for my grandson to run around.Restaurant near lobby Cons: funny smell in the room, saw cpl roaches. Had a king suite but it had a queen bed thats hard as a rock. Pool was closed. Shower didn't turn on.Disappointed for the price we paid. No breakfast but no big deal went to IHOP across the street.
