  Holiday Inn Express in Fredericksburg VA was hands down one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Tee, the woman on staff for the evening welcomed us as if it were her own home. The entire experience was a 10* from arrival to departure. Thank you for being so accommodating 😁😎

  The decor in the lobby was very nice and so was the room. However, when I walked into my room, it was apparent that staff may come in n take a nap on break or either were not taught how to make a bed or properly clean. The bed looked laid in. The tub was not clean and their were small for corners of mold in the shower. The pressure of the toilets were LOW. I should NOT have to hold down the handle for a bowl refill 🤨. The same was true for the restroom in the lobby. There is complimentary hot breakfast that ends at 10. The coffee in the lobby was good. We arrived in an 18 wheeler, the parking lot was large enough to accommodate our truck parking. However, we called in advance to confirm availability.

  We have had to stay in a hotel while in between moves and this one is is where we picked to stay! Rydell, Adrian and Michelle have made this very hard and stressful experience MUCH better with their constant hospitality, personable conversations and smiling faces everytime we come into the lobby! They always check to make sure we have everything, if everything is going good and it's always such a great conversation! My family really appreciates you all for being so kind, compassionate, and all around great at what you do during a very hard time in our lives 🖤 On top of that... the beds & pillows are nice and comfortable, the shower gets nice and hot with housekeeping very pleasant and also great at what they do 🙂 Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my family in such a hard time!

  Excellent staff and hotel rooms. I have been staying here for quite awhile. I am always greeted with a smile and courtesy. They make me feel at home. And they always check on me. My bed linen and towels are always clean and white and most importantly there are no bugs. The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice pleasant smell. The AC is always on point, very easy to control. The hotel is in a good neighborhood. There is no loud music or heavy traffic. In addition, I barely hear noise from the rooms next to me. Everyone is very respectful. And lastly the breakfast is amazing. I love the bacon. And sometimes I have to leave early before breakfast starts, so they accommodate me by giving me a to go breakfast. They even give me free room upgrades when possible. All these wonderful things is why I have come to know this place as my home away from home. Much Appreciated and thank you. Angela

  Located right off 95, nice pool, clean facilities, overall awesome location. I want to highlight the staff!!! They were knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and sociable. I worked with Jo and Rydell and the staff are the reason I will keep coming back. I cannot recommend this place enough for short stays and extended stays.
