- JPJean Perrotti6 days ago1.0Leaving extra early because of roach infestation. Room 405 was horrible. Roaches every where. 7 inside fridge. Put us in room 414 same problem. Getting the heck out of here.
- JNJohn NanavatiMay 8, 20261.0Absolutely terrible. We reserved a non-smoking room and they gave them all away. All they could offer us was a smoking room which we couldn't accept due to allergies. All they could do for us was to cancel the reservation without a charge and kind of say that they were sorry. So now we're walking the streets looking for a hotel. Thanks very much!
- DBDestiny BreezeMay 7, 20261.0Do Not Book Here!!!! There was a big misunderstanding with our booking that was 100% paid for prior to arriving. After being in the lobby for about an hour, there was nothing that could be done by the night attendant who is very rude or the Manager Beverly except we pay another 150 dollars in cash for a room, only to be surrounded by roaches and filth. Even dead ones on the carpet. We had to wait 5 days for the manager Beverly M. to simply respond to an email so our refund could be initiated for the first room we booked. Ended up leaving because of the roaches and will be filing a formal complaint. This place deserves nobody’s business.
- RCRay CarterMay 2, 20261.0This hotel is so awful, I wouldn't recomend staying here to anyone. It is very run down and poorly maintained. The walls and carpets are very dirty. The first floor smells like stale garlic and old cooking oil, and the fourth floor had the very distinctive smell of a rats nest. The smells were so bad that it stayed on my clothes after I left. I'm very disappointed in this stay. I paid $158 for the quality of a $50/night crack hotel.
