  So disappointing, never book this place! I received an email about them canceling our reservation the DAY OF. Not even a courtesy call to let us know they made a “mistake”. So rude and we had to scramble as a family of four (2 kids- 2 & 8 mons) to find a new place as we always were driving to the hotel for our trip. Do better/your job!

  Got there and was told no rooms available even though we booked through ihg..place looked dirty but front desk was very apologetic

  We checked in and found the front desk agent flustered and short with a person on the phone when he told them the IHG is overbooking them on line. We had received a phone call earlier to say that they didn't have the King bed we reserved and could not offer to make it right, other than offering a queen at the same price. We were told by the caller that she would talk to the manager. When we arrived, the current front desk person was aware of the issue but no one had spoken to the manager yet. The room was in disarray. The carpet was torn, debris on the floor and the flooring was peeling and the room had an odor to it. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet and the front desk manager said there was no one available to clean it. He did not offer to compensate us with points for our inconvenience or help us locate alternative lodging when we told him we would not be staying. While I was waiting to talk to him, I heard him tell another couple that he could not honor their reservation and he did not offer to help them either.

  Clean, nice hotel to stop at for the evening. The room smelled slightly of smoke. But otherwise nice enough.
