The entire hotel smelled of disgusting food. The carpets were coming up or missing in some spots. The worst part- COCKROACHES! I found at least 3 cockroaches in the room I was given. The solution? Just give me a new room and hope it doesn’t have any roaches in it. This place needs shut down! The manager should be embarrassed of her customer service and how filthy the entire place is.
If i had to choose one word to describe this place, it would be "Gross".
On entering i wasn't greeted by anyone. Eventually a man in jeans and some kind of T-shirt wandered up to the computer to check me in.
Our room was on the first floor and after walking down the hall, careful to avoid the stains, we could smell the room before we unlocked the door. It smelled like someone had left a dead fish in the room.
We got our room changed and it didn t smell. But it was very worn down and a bit gross. No white surface was without its stains and smudges. The countertops were slightly greasy in places. There's mold/mildew in the shower and other stains on the shower walls.
The only place I've stayed that was worse was the Fairbanks Motel 8 in Alaska. If we hadn't been on ths road all the live long day, we would have found someplace else.

Was forced to stay here while construction was done on my apartment. The room wasn't cleaned properly, oily stuff on the TV stand, soap scum on the bathroom counters and in the shower. Trash like qtips and wrappers in the bottom drawer of the dresser. The full kitchen was a laugh, no bowls or forks were provided, I asked the guy at the desk, he tried to be helpful but could only find a bowl another spoon. The freezer had a water bottle in it with top cut off for some reason and a Tupperware lid with what looked like honey or something frozen to it in deliberately places droplets. Just some weird stuff. There were old yogurt containers in the fridge. Only one pot was provided. The AC was on the coldest setting and the hallway was cooler than the room. No extra toilet paper was provided. Me and the rest of my neighbors are being relocated here for anywhere between 6-12 weeks and the hotel knew way in advance. This whole process has been frustrating. Clean, well stocked accomodations would have gone a long way in making our stay a little bit better. Eta I forgot to mention there were no towels. I had to go ask for them!
1 star. This hotel should come with a tetanus shot.
I booked two rooms for my family, five days in advance, both guaranteed with two beds each. Ninety minutes before check-in I got a call informing me that, whoops, each room now had exactly one bed. Apparently "guaranteed reservation" is more of a suggestion here. When I asked how this was possible, I was told there was nothing they could do, but they'd love to cancel me instead. Sure, let me just pull two more hotel rooms out of thin air with 90 minutes notice and a premium on last minute prices.
I called corporate. They sounded shocked too, which is a fun feeling to share with the people who are supposed to be fixing your problem. When I got to the hotel and asked for a manager, the front desk clerk just handed me a cell phone, like I was in a ransom negotiation. The voice on the other end said there was nothing she could do, but corporate could. Corporate, who had already told me the opposite. I have never felt more like a hot potato.
Eventually, after enough negotiating to qualify for the FBI, they gave me a free rollaway bed and "found" another room with two beds. I wish they'd tried a little less hard.
The tub had a hair collection I did not consent to. The carpet was loose enough to file its own noise complaint. We pulled back the sheets and found crumbs and hair, like the last guest left us a snack. Clearly never washed. Then the rollaway showed up, and the mattress had a stain so big and so yellow-brown it looked like a topographic map of a swamp, running from the top all the way down one entire side.
We made it twenty minutes before fleeing. Twenty. For that, they refunded half my points, points I earned with actual money and actual stays, as a thank you gift for one night of trauma.
Would not stay again if this were the last building standing in Virginia. Bring your own bed. Bring your own room. Honestly, bring your own hotel.

I wish I could give the room zero stars. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the person at the front desk was very friendly. Other than that, STAY AWAY! Our room had a terrible smell that was obviously being covered up with a powerful air freshener, there was about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper on the holder and no other rolls in the room (which we found out at 3 AM), carpet was torn and bare in several places, and worst of all THERE WERE BUGS everywhere!!!! Even in the freezer! We were literally only there for 12 hours as a stopover on a long trip and could not get out of there fast enough. I used to travel every week for work and at one time had Platinim status with IHG. IHG should be ashamed to even claim this hotel.
