  I would like to thank Ms. Cat for her phenomenal customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and that all of my questions and needs were addressed promptly. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly made a difference in my experience. Employees like Ms. Cat are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and her dedication to providing exceptional service deserves recognition.   Gym centers are the smallest I already saw in my life. No one uses it because there’s nothing there. The breakfast is absolutely terrible, no matter how many days you’re there, you always will eat the same things every day: small omelette without any taste, dry sausage, cold boiled egg, non taste potatoes, and this kind of stuff. Bathroom super small and the shampoo containers are terrible to use. At least the staff is pretty friendly.
