It is located right on the college campus, which gives the whole area a vibrant and academic energy that I really enjoyed. The rooms are clean, modern, and have everything you need for a good night's rest, including quiet spaces that are perfect if you're traveling for work or just need some downtime. I particularly liked the free breakfast, which had plenty of hot and cold options to get the day started right. The staff is exceptionally helpful and seems to know the local area well, providing great tips on where to eat nearby. It is a very convenient and reliable place to stay if you are visiting the university or just passing through town.

The toilet seat sits so close to the water that I could not take a dump without my bits dipping in the water, time to awkward squat... the room door does not seal at the bottom so light and sound from the hallway come in. If you can afford it, i would recommend upgrading to the more expensive hotel.
