The suite was roomy and having a kitchenette plus a sofa bed made the stay super comfortable. Parking was easy, and I liked having access to the fitness room and self-service laundry. The place was quiet and convenient, and I didn’t run into any issues during my stay. Only small thing was you could sometimes smell cooking when walking in the hallway, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I realized the day I was supposed to check in, contacted the manager and asked if they had shuttles, he replied immediately, no and UBER was the best option. This would make the whole stay too expensive, I explained to the manager and he refunded me, no fuss. Kudos to IHG for hiring and training people like Adam Gray, congrats to Adam for knowing how to do what's right for the customer.
