Over all, our room was fine but the hotel itself is an older style property with rooms facing out to open walkways. The ac unit is as loud as a freight train. Made it difficult to sleep, even with ear plugs. There seems to be some kind of party vibe going on at this hotel, guests in the rooms next to ours were loud and boisterous all evening. On top of the rattling AC, this made the hotel very unpleasant as a rest stop. The clerk at check-in seemed annoyed and overly grumpy.

Rest assured, your feedback is falling on deaf ears. Bugs on ceiling. Changed rooms. Front desk wanted to question me on whether they were bed bugs No elevator either. Enjoy lugging everything upstairs
