  The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was a plus! The staff were very attentive to any questions we had and any needs we asked for! I loved how spacious the rooms were and how close it was to restaurants! I highly recommend if you are ever in the area!

  While it is an updated hotel, our room was not cleaned well at all. Hair and other stuff in the bathtub, we had to clean it before using it. Not vacuumed, as there were crumbs and stuff in different spots in the room. It does have a decent free breakfast.

  We stayed for five days, and I convinced my entire family of 15+ people to book rooms here because we had such a great experience at a Holiday Inn Express in Orlando, Florida. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, we were disappointed. The small seating area in the lobby was dirty, with hair all over the couch, holes in the cushions where it looked like buttons or plugs had once been, and sticky chairs. We came down the next morning hoping it had been cleaned, but it looked exactly the same. Our rooms were never cleaned during our entire stay, despite requesting service. On the second day, I was told my room wasn't cleaned because I hadn't specifically asked for housekeeping. I'm used to hotels where you place a sign on the door if you don't want service, not the other way around. By the third day, there were still cracker crumbs on the floor that clearly needed to be vacuumed, so I went to the front desk and asked if I could borrow a vacuum to clean it myself. I was told the housekeepers bring their own vacuums. My bed was never made, the bathroom was never cleaned or sanitized, and the only thing we received was fresh towels after asking. When I requested extra towels, I was told I could only have four for the day. With more than 15 family members, including kids, we were really looking forward to spending time at the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and green for three of the five days we were there. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay close to the base without staying on base, but after this experience, we'll definitely be looking at other options the next time we're in the area. I was embarrassed after convincing the family that holiday inn express was a good place.

  We really enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express and this location was very nice. The rooms are clean and the amenities are great.
