I’ve been having a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dumfries! From the moment I arrived, I’ve been impressed with how clean, comfortable, affordable, and convenient everything has been. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the property is well maintained, and it really feels like a place where you can settle in and feel at home. One of the biggest advantages is the location. There are several restaurants just minutes away, along with a dry cleaner, medical facilities, shopping, and many other businesses you might need during an extended stay. Having so many everyday necessities right around the corner makes life so much easier. The location is also extremely convenient for anyone needing access to Quantico Marine Base or the FBI training facility. Being close to I-95 makes getting around the Dumfries, Quantico, Stafford, and Northern Virginia areas easy as well. For me, the combination of cleanliness, affordability, comfort, and location is what really makes this hotel stand out. It’s hard to beat having restaurants and everyday services so close while also being just a short drive from Quantico and the FBI Academy. I’ve genuinely been enjoying my stay here and would absolutely recommend the Holiday Inn Express Dumfries to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and extremely convenient place to stay. It has been a great experience!

Requested 1st floor for medical reasons instead put on 2nd floor. Had to use elevator which i needed to avoid. Can't use stairs. Also, check in is supposed to be at 3. We had to wait till 4 to get into our room. We have always stayed here on our travels south. We will not stay here in the future.

I love this hotel! Convenient location right off the exit on I-95, near everything. Updated, refreshed hotel, clean, fresh rooms, quiet, free breakfast, plenty of parking, a pool and gym. A few restaurants in walking distance. Many gas stations around the I-95 exit. Excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. Good value, good deals, especially for HI members.

The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was a plus! The staff were very attentive to any questions we had and any needs we asked for! I loved how spacious the rooms were and how close it was to restaurants! I highly recommend if you are ever in the area!
