  I have been visiting the area as a military family while my husband is here for training. I initially booked a stay over the weekend expecting to go to a different hotel for our next visit but my children and I loved our stay so much we ended up booking multiple stays for this period. Malik, at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful and assisted my family without hesitation with any question or concern we had. After the second visit, he recognized us immediately and became a familiar and kind face to my family. Since our first few visits, we’ve recommended this hotel to anyone we know staying in the area. The pool and mini store are life savers for my family and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

  We’re diamond elite and even if they had rooms on higher floor, the first male reception (who left at around 11pm) first told us there was no other room. There were lots of ants on the beds of the first floor room so they switched us to a higher floor later (thanks to the nice female receptionist who were there late that night). The room we slept in was good for the night (we were on a roadtrip and needed somewhere to sleep). Breakfast is basically non-existent. They had only bagels. For almost 200 per night it’s a joke.

  Late at night This is a crooked hotel They prey on people not reading the rules and attempt to charge a $250 smoking fee prior to entering the room when the incidental fee is only $150 then when I ask them to explain why I showed them where it said if the room is damaged they charge smoking fee however the next morning girl at the desk clearly saw what it said still stated that they charge the smoking fee if people smell like weed or smoke They charge them because they're afraid they will smoke however I don't smell like smoke I don't smoke I'm a Christian woman I don't drink or smoke however she still attempted to tell that the charge is $250 I insisted and she only charged me the 150 The first time she said she was doing me a favor. This time I clearly only paid $150 deposit this last stay now why amy previous day here the girl charged me or attempted to charge me 250 until I refused After I woke up the next morning I showed the next person that on the receipt YOUR HOTELS RECEIPT that is not what it said at all. I pointed out to her which was another guest service person that it did not say that she still said and I quote we charge people this amount the 250 if we think They are going to smoke in the room as of today I still have not received back my initial 150 deposit from this day it has been over a week I'm insisting that I receive my money back. WHERE IS MY MONEY THE ROOM WAS NOT DAMAGED I THINK THEY KEPT IT CAUSE I CHALLENGED THE RULE I FEEL DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND MISUSED IM NOW ESCALATING THS MATTER Your response is a lie. I informed the front desk of the dog and it was a $50 fee for the dog so stop lying return my money. You did not find a large dog. My dog is small in comparison to most. We took the cage up in front of the front desk so no you did not find a large dog in the room. You are a liar. Give me my money back and stop getting out here lying liar liar liar I paid a $50 dog deposit stop it.

  I booked two nights, and the first night wasnt sure we'd even make it by night one. We were stuck in traffic 3 1/2 hours away after a tunnel fire/accident. I had called when were were first at a dead stop to let the hotel know we'd be late. They understood, asking if we could be there before 3. I really hoped we would and said id do what we can. Life is such, and we were at a dead stop and not rerouted for hours, so we weren't going to arrive until after 4am. I called to let them know. The woman was so understanding, said we'd be all set and she wouldnt cancel out our reservations. Once we FINALLY made it, we got into a cozy nice room. It was clean/well kept. Both nights we stayed, we got great sleep. We took time to enjoy the pool and hot tub, both amazing! We didnt utilize it, but there was an outdoor patio and grill area to have a BBQ as well. Looks like it gets used often with people enjoying themselves. The only thing I idnt like was not knowing about the incidental hold - i get it its a place people stay for periods of time, but nowhere when I booked was that showing as an additional fee. When traveling, 150 is a lot, because you're already spending a lot of money. It would have been better to k ow ahead of time. I wi say on the better side of it though, it gets returned back to your card quickly, so that helped for our return home with gas and extras.
