    The manager of this location, she is amazing. She's helped me and my boyfriends needs and plus some! She's truly a great manager and wonderful lady.

    Super nice, room was very clean. They have updated the showers too, although all walk in showers..no tubs sadly. At least the rooms I've stayed in

    Nice size rooms and if you like soft mattresses this is the place to go. The shower is large and has good pressure and plenty of water to get cleaned. One of the best showers I have had in a motel. Breakfast bar was the normal style with pre-made omelet sausage biscuits and gravy. Wifi is a bit slow but fast enough to get your work done.

    Close to interstate 81. The room smelled stale. I brought the lack of ventilation to the front desk and all I got was a smile saying we don’t have a ventilation system. I asked if I was the only one who mentioned this issue and she explained that others also mentioned it. Where else can you pay to inform the staff something is malfunctioning and still get a smile saying nothing is wrong. Other than that major system failure it has potential for 5 stars.

    On a recent trip to Florida we stopped to stay at the Holiday Inn in Dublin, VA. We’ve stayed here on a similar trip previously, as it was a convenient stopping point. We always appreciate the clean rooms, complimentary breakfast with lots of options, and especially the friendly staff. On this particular trip, the staff went especially above and beyond! Shortly after we left, my daughter realized she was missing a favorite blanket, which had gotten kicked to the bottom of the bed under the covers. We called to see if it had been found. Within minutes we got a call back that the blanket was indeed located. We had already gone too far to easily turn around without affecting the rest of our trip. The staff offered to hold on to the blanket until we returned the following weekend. This type of above and beyond service is why we almost always choose Holiday Inn Express during our travels.
