  Checked in few hours later found bed bugs we Booked two night months in advance asked to refund at least second night and she refused want a new room well no of there is bed bugs in one they’re in them all nasty rooms skip the value cuz bed bugs ain’t worth it

  The carpet there is so disgusting. My kids walked around for a few minutes and their socks were so dirty. Ate breakfast one day and had the runs.There was a storm one day and the electric went completely out. They had no generator which caused us to be in our room in the dark for almost 5 hours. The pool was nice which is located across from the hotel in a lot. Trying to call the front desk was a horror because the phone had no button for room service or housekeeping. We had to go to front desk to retrieve more towels, toilet paper, etc. The hallway also smelled very bad. We decided to stay here because of how close it was to Kings dominion. Very convenient to the theme park but such an old inconvenience with the service.

  Great location but that is all. TV did not work, toilet did not flush well, train runs behind room very early, water pressure low, breakfast end at 9am n is only a hr long. No food near by for miles. Beds were hard too. Was a great location for going to kings dominion and just an over night stay, rooms were clean n look good from outside but once you walk in to hotel it is outdated for sure. Not your normal Best Western hotel for sure very disappointed for what we paid.

  Upon arrival the AC was set on 43 degrees!!! Got an extra blanket at front counter. adjusted temp but the floor by AC we thought we were going to fall to the second floor!!! Beds aren't soft by any means, pillows... OK. Room is clean and breakfast was good. The only reason for the 4 stars is the floor, it was dangerous. Oh no if there's kids next door... you'll definitely hear them.
