Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience a great one. They were also very accommodating to our needs, which made the entire stay stress-free and enjoyable. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making guests feel comfortable and valued. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay!

They all great you with a smile. Quick to assist. They have any army cleaning the rooms. Great place that’s run well.

The hotel is nice and neat and clean, But I will tell you the room does smell a little musky ie...old. However for the rest of the benefits it's worth it. I'd like to also thank James who checked me in and accommodated my request to not be on the bottom floor. He was very professional and courteous and I really appreciate that. I would definitely stay here again. Try to get a view of the river if you can.
