  As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I am absolutely disgusted with the way IHG has handled my experience at one of its properties. The hot tub was essentially condemned, the pool was filthy, and the overall condition of the hotel was disgraceful. Even worse, I was charged three separate security deposits, and more than 90 days later, I have received none of that money back. I've called repeatedly and cannot even get in touch with a property manager. When I turn to IHG corporate for help, all I get is the runaround and instructions to contact the property. Apparently, nobody wants to take responsibility. To add insult to injury, IHG recently offered me the opportunity to spend another $250 to upgrade to Platinum Elite. Are you serious? I'm already a Diamond Elite member who can't get corporate to help resolve a legitimate complaint, yet you want me to spend more money with your company? Absolutely not. I will not spend another $250 to upgrade, and after this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering whether I want to spend another dollar with IHG at all. IHG, loyalty is a two-way street. You expect customers to remain loyal to your brand, but where is that loyalty when a customer needs help? Your corporate customer service has been an absolute failure, and this experience has completely undermined my confidence in your company. Stop passing the buck, investigate this situation, and take responsibility for your properties. I want answers, accountability, and my three outstanding security deposits resolved. I expected better from IHG, and I am beyond disappointed.

  Very clean, spacious, well-appointed room! Great breakfast too! Only issue was cost, but that’s because it was bike week (which we did not know), room was over $100 more than it usually is.

  Our family had an excellent experience at this hotel. Katrina was the cherry on top! She was so kind and helpful to us during our stay. We enjoyed the very spacious rooms and the indoor pool. The whole experience was a pleasant one!
