The woman at the front desk was rude and didn't cater to us or our family at all. We had mold on our pillows and they never cleaned our room at all. We have a 1 year old in the room with us so cleanliness is very important as we do not want him to come home sick. We were gone for about 7 hours and our room was never cleaned throughout that time period. Did nothing but give us a new pillow and tell us to quiet down. Told us in a disrespectful tone that we need specific towels for the pool but never notified us before hand. This also wasn't mentioned in the paper available in the room. Didn't want to have a direct conversation with us but chose to give us smart remarks after we left. Breakfast was a .5/10 and nothing worth waiting for. Now getting into the hotel room itself. the pillows alone are enough of an issue to where we should've gotten a refund. There were multiple pillows that were uncleanly and the hotel itself wasn't very clean. As well as the room not being cleaned for the timeframe we were out. We are very dissatisfied with the hotel and the room didn't feel like it was catered to the guest much at all. The pool is quite small and not many people can fit inside. You also have to pay to finish your laundry which shouldn't be something that's in a hotel that is already being paid for. The gym doesn't have much in it and the hotel itself is quite boring.
The pictures in the hotel have no character and honestly feel quite random. The hotel is becoming quite dilapidated at this point, would never recommend.

This was my first time staying here. The front desk service was good, no complaints, and I could smell the freshness when I walked in, which is a plus for me. It's very clean and modern, although the WIFI is not the best. The rooms and beds were comfortable with big screen tvs on the wall. I love the full kitchen in every room and the outside activities and gathering space in the back makes it a nice place to stay. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night even though it was pretty booked. There is even a CVS and a Sheetz right outside the hotel for your convenience. I would stay here again if in the area.

I transport items all over the country so basically stay in a hotel every night. This was a very good find. Great location with restaurants and grocery store across the street. Very clean rooms and well maintained. Nice thick windows keep it nice and quiet. Only issue was water pressure from bathroom sink and shower. Would definitely save this location for future stays .

It's a beautiful location with abundance of amenities. However its not safe to walk across the street to the grocery store nearby. The $5 dollars per day parking fee is unnecessary. I stay at a lot of candlewood locations and normally they have small appliances available on display. I didn't see anything like that here. The locals tell us this place had an ICE incident which took away all their workers. It's kind of obvious because a lot of things in the yard are incomplete. The elevator is so slow you might as well take the stairs. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that petty cash grab with the parking fee. It's not like you use that money to hire a security guard.

To start with I’m gonna say this review is not based off a one time stay. I have stayed here weekly for about 4 months. At first I was really impressed with the rooms. Nice, clean, etc. But, then the issues started. At the top of the list is TV problems. TV doesn’t work, remotes don’t work, remotes missing etc. Then it was the microwave, then the ac, then the disposal. Then there is the cold showers!! It is not an exaggeration when I say I’ve probably averaged a problem every other week. To make it worse it’s usually at check-in after a long , hard day working. On the plus side they usually resolve the small issues quickly but after a while it all just gets old. Maybe I’m just jinxed here but I doubt it. I’ll continue to stay here while I’m in the area working only because my company pays for it. If it were my dime I’d be searching for an alternative.
