I've stayed there for 2 nights with my family on a king size suite -we paid almost $500 and it was a bad stay overall.First night when we arrived after 6 h drive the receptionist gave us a room on the 3th floor but when we entered someone else was there living in already. We went back to the receptionist and she didn't know what's wrong and she decided to give us a new king size suite room but on the first floor .This room was very dirty ,old and smelled like mold from humidity over the time a lot of people coming in and out thru the emergency door and entrance where the room was placed on the first floor.Of course noise all the time no matter if was morning or night. The shower cabin was very different then any other shower cabins in the hotel and all the water when you use it goes outside in the bathroom tiles. Is like a flood allot he time and very slippery to walk in. Next day they we asked and they gave us a new room on the 3rd floor but this time the noise coming from the main street and highway was very loud and sleep was bad again.Of course this room was next to the only elevator they have and you can hear people coming in and out loud all the time. Not a very pleasant stay I can say it was bad overall. Not happy about this hotel.

Great experience. Some of the outlets were a little worn and wouldn't hold a plug but there were about four USB plugs available.

A lot of things were broken or barely hanging. Had a shower curtain i couldnt use because the bar was barely hanging drooped. The halls smelled like pot badly. Worst part was the Sysco truck delivery everyday that parked in front blocking anyone from entering or leaving. Lasted 45-1hr a day. I was late twice due to this issue. The first time they told me he was only there for minutes. The second time i was stuck an hr and he said this was his normal amount of time. Accidently left my suits in the room. Called back and they couldnt find them even though it was shortly after I left. Told me someone else must have come in and taken them. It wasnt staff...when they were only one who could have had access to room after i left.

Not recommended at all. As a Diamond Elite member, I have stayed at many IHG properties, and this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. No guest should have to experience this level of poor service and lack of attention to basic hotel standards. From the moment I checked in, there was only one towel provided in the room and no washcloths/rags at all. To make matters worse, there was no front desk staff readily available to assist when I needed help. The room itself had a musty smell, and the housekeeping was clearly lacking. As shown in the photo, the bed was not even properly made. It gives the impression that the room was not thoroughly inspected before being assigned to a guest. This is beyond disappointing, especially for a hotel operating under the IHG brand. I strongly believe IHG should inspect this property and address these issues immediately. If the hotel cannot consistently uphold IHG’s standards, its franchise status should be reconsidered. As a loyal IHG Diamond Elite member, I expect a basic level of cleanliness, service, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this property fell far below those expectations.

Everything was fine until our car got robbed the very first night and they didn’t even have cameras on the side door. Only camera is the one in the front. Also, me and my boyfriend went to ask for change for the washer because every hotel we have been to has needed change. We were waiting in line and was also talking to the manager ( Her and the other female I described checked me and my boyfriend in. at the time until she left. After moving up and asking him about the change we proceeded to go wash clothes. He stops us and ask us "Do y’all even have a hotel here? I didn’t check you in." What sane person will just walk in a hotel to ask about laundry if they aren’t staying there. Yes, I felt racially profiled. There was another couple on the side of us and he didn’t ask them. And this morning I went to the lobby to explain to someone how I felt. She wrote it down, but she told me that SHE felt like he didn’t mean any harm like she was there when he said what he said. My boyfriend is white and he even felt like that was racially profiling. And I don’t know his name. But he is Caucasian, heavy set, maybe in his mid 20s or early 30s with a full beard and mustache. The female is African American, brown skin/light skinned, maybe 5’3 or 5’4, and a little heavy weight.
