  This hotel was one of the worst holiday inn express I’ve ever stayed at. The hall and room both smelled like wet dog. I always stay at this hotel brand because they offer free breakfast, but this location was a bust for that. There were no eggs, the pancake machine was empty, they had no paper plates. Only cereal and a couple of burnt sausage patties that had been out a while. I would have reported it but there was no one at the front counter when I left, just a key drop. Had to go to McDonald’s to get breakfast.

  Nice rooms, and amenities. I didn't use it, but the gym looked nice and clean. The outdoor pool looked nice as well but was closed due to the weather.

  The beds were very comfortable. The customer service was terrible. It started with checkin. The lady we had was very nice. My daughter and son in law had a gentleman check them in the next day he was very rude At first I thought it was just us but there was a lady that came in after us and he was very rude to her as well. Breakfast was good if they had it. We were there 5 nights only 2 times the food was available. The other times they were out and 5 mins turned into 30 minute wait. 5 nights and they did not come and clean our room. In fairness we did only leave at 10 am but once I asked and they said of course. They didn’t. The lady apologized and was very nice gave us fresh towels. I thought they would definitely clean the room the next day. They didn’t.

  Older property, but no complaints. Clean rooms, friendly & accommodating staff. Good breakfast!

  Let me start by saying the two desk workers and maintenance man who assisted us were all very polite. Unfortunately, we did have a lot of issues with our stay. Immediately upon entering our room we noticed a musty smell. Our toilet backed up after one use and there appeared to be water seeping from the base. The entire 3rd floor hallway had a peculiar smell as well. We then noticed what looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling and requested another room. Our second room was on the 4th floor where we didn't notice any odors. However, we did find mold again on the door frame and near the air vent. Also, only one of the 2 beds had been made. There was a pile of (clean? Hopefully) sheets just sitting in the room.
