  Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, payed premium price 2 months ahead for the use of their indoor pool. Apon arrival the pool was closed for renovations. There respond was you can cancel but there is no refund.

  I chose this hotel because I was fresh out of surgery and realized there was no way I could sit in a car for 3 hours on the way home! This was the first hotel we passed by and I really enjoyed the staff and room! I was dont remember a lot but I remember liking it there!

  We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be pet friendly and having a pool. However , the pool was closed for renovation and it didn’t say that on the website. As we were staying here over the long weekend, it was hard for us find any other pet friendly hotel near by with pool. I contacted the customer service and they offered $25 discount to make up. The hotel has very little grassy patch for the furry guests to relieve themselves. Carpet in the hotel was very sticky. It seemed like it wasn’t well maintained. Beds and bathroom were clean and had no issues. Look at the attached pictures of the window by our room. We couldn’t access the area outside the window. However it was very poorly maintained.

  Was in town for a wedding and honestly couldn’t have been a better place to stay! First off - the ladies working the front desk were some welcoming and friendly our entire stay, from check-in to breakfast to checkout. Really made the experience great. Second - the rooms were very nice and were huge. Probably the biggest room I’ve ever had in a hotel. Very clean, AC worked well, and beds were comfortable. Didn’t know there was complimentary breakfast when we booked but what a nice surprise! Full hot breakfast was great before checking out and heading to the airport! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

  Was threatened by the so called manager saying he didn’t have to serve me and that he was going to call the police because I didn’t have the $50 on my card for the incidental fee self righteous nasty individual This is not Customer Service. This is whatever he wants to call Service. I would not recommend this hotel if this individual is working You’ll know him by the stripe on his head
