- ABAngela BeaumontMay 13, 20265.0We were scheduled for a stay at Staybridge tomorrow through the weekend. I received a call from the general manager, Amy that there had been some unforeseen circumstances occur and our reservation was cancelled. Things can happen and not everything always goes to plan. I thought that I'd be given a list of other properties to call or maybe a recommendation or two. I was completely surprised that Amy had noticed that we had our 3 kids traveling with us (and had booked a 2br). She did the legwork to find a 2 bedroom suite in a nearby property, reserve the room for us, and even covered the costs of the first night as an incredible gesture of goodwill. She emailed me the updated reservation and I phoned the new property to just confirm everything and a super sweet lady knew exactly who I was and all of the details and explained everything. She said that she had just spoken to Amy and had us all taken care of in a two bedroom at their property. Both ladies handled unforeseen circumstances so seamlessly and with such professionalism. While we wont have the chance to stay with Staybridge this time; we will make a point to visit the area again and make sure to book with Staybridge. Amy Avalos is an example of how an exceptional general manager truly lifts up a property. Making things happen under the best of circumstances is all well and good. But being able to troubleshoot when life gives you a curve ball and still make new loyal customers is truly to be applauded. We look forward to planning another vacation and booking with Staybridge.

- BHBill HaegeleApr 4, 20264.0Decent hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Only complaint was a major leak in the kitchenette sink. Fortunately it was fixed quickly. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Desk clerk even said "hello" to our dog when I took her out for a walk and when we left.
