- CCCarol CamposJun 8, 20261.0No bar or restaurant, apparently have been remodeling forever. Nearest restaurant a hooters, not a great setting for an after work dinner. Ice machine is some floors don’t work. Not even a bottled water in room. Bathrooms awkward and odd shaped to save on space.

They gave us a room with dirty shower, which I have requested to get cleaned more than two hours ago, but still there’s no one is here to clean it; on top of all that Cindy was showing me condescending attitude and disrespectful behavior. She was giving sarcastic, irrelevant and twisted replies to my every question. Dirty hotel + rudest staff. What an Excellent Combo!
- CWC WhiteMay 6, 20261.0I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at the Holiday Inn Chantilly-Dulles Expo. As a solo female traveler and healthcare professional, safety is a priority. I was placed in room 259 where the windows did not lock properly and a noisy maintenance unit was directly outside on the landing, making it feel easily accessible from the outside. I reported this immediately, but the front desk staff dismissed my concerns and said the hotel was sold out. On top of that, the TV in my room didn’t work, and the staff refused to come assist or offer any solution. He also would not provide the general managers information because he said this was not a safety concern for him to have to make a call when I asked to escalate the issue. The lack of concern, professionalism, and basic customer service—especially regarding safety—was unacceptable. I would not stay here again.
