  You cannot change the input of your television without walking down to the front desk and asking for the one universal remote that will change the input of your television. The front desk begs you to bring this remote back and treats you as a criminal as soon as they hand it to you because so many other people have stolen this remote. Once you get on the correct input, don’t get excited. The Internet is terrible. I signed in as an IHG member and told I was given the “best” connection. Laughable. Less than 1 MB dload. Be prepared to use your own personal hotspot if you would like to stream anything. That alone has soured my trip. Besides that, the rooms are clean and overall it has the façade of a really nice hotel. One elevator is out of service, which leaves you with the only other elevator for a six story building. Be prepared to wait for the elevator. It gives not investing into your own business.

  This is a very nice hotel near the Dulles airport. It’s nice and clean inside and updated The rooms were clean. The beds are comfortable no bad smells no stains on the carpets. It’s the kind of place you want to stay in and the service the staff and the food were great. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and the pool area were very nicely maintained. The price was right and plenty of parking to be had. I can’t say one bad thing about this place

  The lady at the front desk was very nice, my room smelled really fresh and clean, dove hand soap and ECT. Very nice, family friendly hotel 10 stars.

  Extremely rude staff, the whole building smells like cat urine very strongly- especially by the breakfast area. The rooms have cockroaches and mold, and no ventilation whatsoever. I tried to get a partial refund and they repeatedly hung up on me and when I did finally speak to someone kind (thank you Rachel) I was directed to contact booking which I did and then the hotel still rejected my request and started hanging up on me again. NEVER stay here!!!!! Ridiculous for over one hundred dollars. Disgrace to the Hilton label.

  The service here is so bad the hotel staff is so rude to pay this much money for a hotel and your staff acts like that is just bad I will make sure that I never book holiday inn again the people at the front desk so rude
