  Great for kids, great pub with huge portions! Just order a side and you'll be fine for a meal 🤯 but lovely staff. Wonderful service. Shuttle doesn't start until 4:30 but lots of Uber for early mornings. Everyone is super kid friendly. The bathtub could have been cleaner but we just had showers instead and the kid was fine with that.

  Malki was fantastic! He was punctual, friendly, and made sure we got to and from the hotel safely and on time every trip. He was great with my luggage, easygoing about scheduling changes, and just made the whole shuttle experience smooth and pleasant. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about guest comfort. Would absolutely recommend this hotel’s shuttle service — Malki is a real asset to the team! Give him a raise he deserves it!

  Most staff is kind, but there are a few rude employees at the front desk. I’ve been staying here for the whole month for work. Over a week ago I made a complaint that one of the dryers wasn’t working and was just taking my money without drying the clothes. Today I talked to someone on the elevator that said they ran their clothes through it three times just to have their clothes still wet. Nice job leaving a dryer broken taking everyone’s money for over a week and doing nothing about it. Just stay somewhere else where they care about the guest and where they want to stay in business.

  Thanks Herbert , Fabiola, Ana so much! Herbert is very kind, Fabiola is so sweat, both of them are very professional! They make our room clean and bright! Fabiola helped us a lot and made a beautiful paper rose, such a sweat lady! Thanks Herbert, Fabiola and Ana and all people who helped us so much in the past 1 week! And combined with the clean room and quiet environment, they make our trip enjoyable and memorable! We would also like to thank you to two front desk team: Chuda and Mohammad. Chuda warmly welcomed us during check-in and provided us with so many helpful tips and useful information. Thanks to him, we were able to settle in quickly and start enjoying everything the hotel had to offer from the very beginning.We are equally grateful to Mohammad, who assisted us throughout our entire two-week stay. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. He was always willing to help with a warm smile, and his exceptional service truly enhanced our experience. Thanks all people who helped us in the past 2 weeks. It is genuinely difficult to say goodbye. They made our trip full of wonderful memories! 💐👍 5 stars!! :-)

  The front desk service at this hotel was absolutely terrible. I parked my car for two nights, but they charged me for three nights. I called the front desk to get the extra parking charge corrected, but the staff member Tracey was extremely rude. She kept insisting that I had parked for three nights. I told her they could simply check their parking system, since every time a car enters or exits the parking garage, a room key has to be scanned. Instead of checking, she asked me which front desk employee I had told I was only parking for two nights. I said I had no idea what that employee’s name was. She kept asking me for the employee’s name in a tone that made it seem like she thought I was lying. I told her I didn’t know the person’s name and asked, “Don’t you have security cameras at the front desk? You can check the footage.” Instead of investigating the issue, she told me to call back on Monday and speak with someone else. Her attitude throughout the entire conversation was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels many times, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such terrible service. This is by far the worst Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. The staff’s attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. This hotel is a complete disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone.
