- PPpiahtheexplorerJul 5, 20265.0Stayed here for 2 nights for work. Check-in was easy (booked through office system) and receptionists were nice. There was a small minimart in reception, which was convenient. Rooms were spacious enough and clean; I appreciated having the microwave and the coffee maker, used both of them as I had to work through the night. It's around 20 mins walk to go to the restaurants / office area , which can get really hot with no shade.

Not to mention our ac has not been working properly in probably the past 4 days it is 82 degrees in the room I had to buy a box fan to try and help would not recommend
- CCCydnee ColpaertJun 30, 20261.0TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If anything goes wrong with your reservation, then expect to have no compensation from staff. Our reservation was canceled for July 4th by Crowne Plaza and they moved us to a 2 star hotel that was much farther away. They did not offer us anything for compensation besides 5,000pts and free parking/breakfast (which is we already had). The worst part is how RUDE and unresponsive staff is. They refuse to let us speak to a manager and have gone as far as giving us wrong names, shift times, and phone numbers to make sure we cannot get ahold of them. We had to contact IHG directly to get any response and even IHG had trouble getting to speak to a manager about our compensation. Because they switched the reservation so close to our arrival date (which is a major holiday), there are no other hotel options for us so we have to go with theirs. We have spent countless hours trying to get further compensation for the position they put us in and the manager of the hotel won’t even give us the RESPECT of a phone call. He refuses to call and just emails us vague responses without actually addressing how his staff have talked to us disrespectfully and hung up on us for over a week.

- TTTimmayyJun 18, 20265.0I stayed one night at crowne plaza while I was in town for Warped Tour. The hotel was immaculate, my room had a nice view and all the amenities I could want. They even let me get a room booked the day before I was to arrive with a discount from my IHG membership. The staff was courteous and checked me in way past normal checking. For a quick one night stay, I had a great experience. I would certainly stay there again.
