  La mas horrible experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. 1.- Empezando con el sitio web , una porquería. Te llevan a un punto donde no puedes mas que tomar una habitación "premium". Pero de premium no tiene nada. 2.- Habitación con el aire acondicionado y la T.V. en mal estado. Llego el técnico, muy amable por cierto , a tratar de arreglar la tv y se dio cuenta que la caja de cable no estaba conectada porque no tenía su fuente de alimentación. Volvió con una y dejo todo muy bien. Pero a los 5 minutos la tv estaba otra vez igual. 3.- La atención en el front desk es pésima. Me cobraron 2 veces en una tarjeta de débito y luego me dijeron que no había pasado la tarjeta porque no tenía fondos. Jajajajaja , para reírse. Les di una tarjeta de credito , cobraron y no removieron los cargos de la otra tarjeta. Encima me cobraron el estacionamiento y el desayuno aun y cuando no teníamos ningún auto y la reservacion indicaba que el desayuno iba incluido. 4.- Estar prepararado para los cobros escondidos aun y cuando la reservacion indique que van incluidos en el precio. Al final una habitación de una cama para 2 personas con desayuno incluido estaba anunciada en su sitio web a un precio de 109 dolares. Si queria subir a una habitación premium el precio subía 50 dolares que no había opción para rechazarla . Hasta alli eran 159 dolares mas impuestos. Pero en total me cobraron 255 ×2 en una de débito y 255 dolares en una de credito. Hasta hoy , 2 dias después todavía el dinero en la cuenta de débito esta congelado. UNA DECEPCION ESTE HOTEL. NO LO RECOMIENDO. ESPERO APRENDAN DE MI MALA EXPERIENCIA . OTRA COSA , ESTE HOTEL ESTA EN CONSTRUCCION Y NI SU PISCINA ESTA ABIERTA .

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good.

  Really dark rooms, even with all of the lights on. Nice mirror in the bathroom, but the bed headboard was scratched and needed to be replaced. Rooms are dated. Restaurant isn’t great. No room service. Shuttle to DCA doesn’t start until 4:30am….

  The service from the two young men at the front desk was terrible. The key machine was down and they kept giving me the run around with keys that supposedly worked. The young Hispanic one had an attitude because he had to walk me through parts of the hotel still under construction due to me not being able to use the elevator BECAUSE THE KEY MACHINE WAS DOWN. I was let into my room by maintenance with no way to get back in, in the event I needed to leave my room to get food after a long flight. The rooms are dusty and the buttons on the air conditioning unit in my room didn’t work. I only booked this hotel because it was a preferred hotel by my employer for their conferences. I will be informing them as well of this treatment.

  I spent the weekend here for 4th of July, its located nicely from the airport and is an easy metro ride to downtown. the room was decent, the only room complaint was I was facing the business offices so there was no view of the city. The Major complaint was that on Sunday the hotel had lost power in the morning, I woke up and nothing was working I spent an hour waiting and just finally decided to get ready, but because of the no power the shower was dark and cold. I went to see if they had any food for breakfast but they were also closed due to the power. I went to the front desk to ask about a partial refund or at least money for breakfast they gave me the Managers email I emailed him, at first he got back quickly and said he would look into it but a week passed then another I sent a follow up email and nothing it was like they just wanted to brush it under the rug, this type of service can ruin the trip, even just something like reimbursement for breakfast would have been nice, but I gave them time and nothing. I reached out to the main IHG line and they said they could not do anything and that I would need to reach out to the hotel directly, just disappointing.
