- MRmichaela renae.3 days ago1.0DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s 2AM and we started hearing a high pitched beeping sound. It sounds as if the smoke alarm battery is low. The sound was hurting our dogs ears and she started shaking. We called to the front desk to explain the situation and the person who answered stopped verbally responding. We are currently standing in the lobby and no one is here. We are calling the front desk and the phone is just ringing and ringing. 2:13AM. Finally got through and got hung up on without a word.

Everyone here has made my stay awesome from the manager Elubia, the staff Lizzy, Diego, and Werner maintenance. I highly recommend this hotel it’s clean and very comfortable and quiet. Great price.
