This is extremely unprofessional and deceptive to the guest. I was not expecting to wake up at 9am each morning to a group of workers pounding, sawing and yelling throughout the hallways on my floor. Im sure theres a reason, but Im not understanding why they wouldnt isolate guests to lower floors and renovate a floor at a time. There were paint cans and tools laying throughout the hallway. They were also pressure washing the windows. Two days in a row there were men outside the window. The cleanliness of the actual room was sub par. Housekeeping came in each day and refreshed the sheets and nothing else. The floors were dirty. Walked around in shoes throughout our room the entire stay. There were exposed wires and build up on the shower doors.If youre looking for a relaxing hotel stay, book elsewhere until theyre completely done renovating. Im not one to leave reviews, but this was a disappointing stay.
