- KKKanaryalogiApr 14, 20264.0Toller Service und gute Lage – Frühstück und Zimmerbeleuchtung ausbaufähig Positiv: Service: Ein großes Lob an den Room Service – das Personal war extrem nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer-Ausstattung: Praktisch mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle sowie Kaffee- und Teekapseln direkt auf dem Zimmer. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Sicherheit & Parken: Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose und kameraüberwachte Parkplätze direkt vor Ort. Lage: Gute Anbindung (ca. 25 Min. nach Washington D.C., 40 Min. zum Dulles Airport). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Kritikpunkte: Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind viel zu dunkel, da die Tischleuchten als einzige Lichtquelle nicht ausreichen. Zudem gibt es noch Teppichboden, was unzeitgemäß und wenig hygienisch wirkt. Frühstück: Das Angebot (Kaffee, Waffeln, Pancakes, Bagels, Vollkorntoast) war an sich gut, aber die Umsetzung mangelhaft. Der Joghurt war gefroren, es gab keine Marmelade für die Süßspeisen und nur Schwarztee. Ein absolutes No-Go: Der Haferbrei (Porridge) wurde unter derselben Wärmehaube wie die Wurst und Frikadellen serviert. Fazit: Personal und Lage sind top, aber beim Frühstücksbuffet und der Zimmerausstattung sollte dringend nachgebessert werden.

She’s nasty and she’s not the right one to be a manager and the higher ups need to address immediately.
