    Rooms were clearly in need of an update, bed were comfy. Down falls.... carpet was not clean and the lady kitchen staff are really rude and made us feel like we were always in the way . The elevator kind of worried me because some times it glitched and got stuck .

    Being right on the public transportation intercity rail makes it super easy to get anywhere and everywhere. Here at the hotel the service and amenities are amazing. From breakfast to the pool and slide. To the service. Fantastic.

    Room had a very strong smell when we entered. Smelled overwhelming like cleaning supplies. Found an air freshener plugged in and cranked all the way up. Unplugged it and by morning the room was smelling like it had been smoked in. Staff was very friendly.

    Nice newer hotel and rooms, okay for walking to a couple restaurants and campus. Indoor pool with slides and jacuzzi is fun but it would be nice to have an adults only pool area.

    I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was great. We only stayed for one day. I wanted to write a review for the staff. Check in was simple, the lady that checked us in was very friendly. The next day, we had several hours before our flight. We decided that we wanted to hang out at the pool. Since we were no longer guests because we checked out. Gus fixed this problem so we could use the pool. In addition, Gus accommodated our luggage and was very friendly. Thank you Gus for making our trip fun while we had to wait for our flight home.
