  Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel offered excellent service, and the amenities were great for the price, making it a good value. I booked two rooms, and both were clean and comfortable. The only issue was that one of the rooms had a noticeable odor when we first entered. While it wasn’t overwhelming, the light smell lingered throughout the night. Other than that, everything else met our expectations, and I would consider staying here again.

  The door card is not working! We need to ask to redo the door card for 5 times. Very tired. Breakfast is very good. Water park is amazing. Hope they can improve the door card system. Bed is nice.

  Horrible company book somewhere else. They will screw you out of points. This hotel is not bad. But when you travel for work and use your rewards to help off set your travel on your free time. They stop giving out rewards to corporate rates. Will find a different hotel going forward.

  Either a hard-of-hearing guest was staying in the next room, or the wall is extremely thin and offers no sound insulation. The TV was blaring all night long. When I raised the issue the next morning, I was told that they had been unable to reach the guest. Previous reviews had already mentioned the poor soundproofing. These were the two worst nights I have ever spent in a hotel. It is absolutely not recommended.

  Went to check in at 4 and our room still wasn't ready. When walking in, the room had a very musty smell. The carpet had multiple stains and food crumbs on the floor. There was also what looked like to be coffee stains on the one bed so makes you wonder if they even cleaned the room at all. We paid online and when checking in was charged a $50 deposit that they said they would return when you check out. It has been 2 weeks now and still no refund. I had called once on it and they said allow 7-10 business days. The pool was nice for the kids! The breakfast was also good.
