  Checked. We then went to our room after traveling all day with our newborn and 2 dogs. We were super exhausted, my baby was fussy. As soon as we walked in it smelled horribly like dog urine. I tried to let that slide because I had to breastfeed my baby immediately. Felt itchy and like something was jumping on me, ended up getting hives. My dogs ended up getting fleas from that room. I had just sent them to be groomed and this was our first stop. Smelled awful and that room had fleas. I got no sleep because my dogs were going crazy from the fleas and it was keeping my newborn up. I’ve stayed in dog rooms and they always use products to get rid of the smell. Awful stay. Don’t recommend.

  Wood frame hotel. You hear everything around you! Thundering herd above us all night. Air conditioner faulty. Slow elevator, only one. Guest laundry only has one washer and dryer. Find another place.

  We checked in pretty late, and the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly helpful. He answered all of our questions and even gave us some great suggestions for places to eat in the area. The breakfast was very nice and offered much more than your standard continental breakfast. The sitting area is comfortable and spacious enough for the whole family, and the dinner options are very kid-friendly. The fitness area is well-kept and easy to access. There’s also an on-site laundry room, which is super convenient if you need to refresh some clothes during your trip. Overall, this is a great place to stay, especially for families or anyone traveling a long distance. Between the welcoming service, comfortable amenities, great breakfast, and conveniences like the fitness center and laundry room, they really make it easy to settle in and feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly choose this hotel again.

  Easy access as it is very close to interstate. Very clean rooms and facilities. And it is worth mentioning that the staff are some of the nicest I have encountered. Highly recommend this location.

  Sadily, its the best hotel you are going to find in Wendover UT. Wendover NV has Casio rooms but they charge more and 'Casio'. The room we had was average with a comfotable bed to to small pillows. Location is great if you are visting the Salt Flats. Where I have a problem with this hotel is Service. We had a short notice change of travel and checked out a day early. No one was at the desk, and I told someone who was Housekeeping. They bill me for the extra day that I reserved and was not there. When I talked to the GM, he told me it was all my fault and would not give me a refund because he didn't have time to rent the room that. The hotel was half empty the whole week we stayed. I asked the GM if he 'wanted my money or my business'. He wanted the money so Best Western Wendover will never have my business again. Called Best Western Corprate as well. No help from them either.
