- DBDieter BogedainJul 2, 20262.0The rooms on the frontside to very busy Highway 40 are extremly noisy...hard to sleep well.As an IHG member i asked to get a room on the backside,when checking in quite early at 3pm.The lady at the front desk told me,the hotel is full.This was a lie as it was still possible to book many rooms on booking.com.
- JBJo BJun 28, 20263.0The hotel was nice but it is noisy on the front side. Request a room on the top floor that faces the back if you want quiet. Thankfully, we were on the back of the hotel (June 2026) and it was quiet. However, for some reason bugs came into the room with the sun around the windows every evening. A lot of bugs! --dozens. Thankfully we could squash them or they died bf morning. Also if you stay in the front we noticed that the birds make nests in the air-conditioner units and they need to be cleaned. There is bird poo everywhere around the air conditioner and that brings the air into your rooms when you use it. Hotel was mostly clean, the food was OK and front staff was good. Although they did not e-mail the receipt to us as requested.

I have tried being so nice with them to see what we could do to fix this and all i have gotten is a cold shoulder. For breakfast I grabbed a yogurt and it was 3 days expired. Parking sucks, everything about this place sucks!!!!
